Four weeks had passed, and the day was May 16th and the Abby Lee Dance Company went to Fire and Ice dance competition two days prior in Nashville, Tennessee and to their shock, none of the dances had placed.
"Girls, get in here! Come on, we have lots and lots to do!" Logan yelled as Chloe, Paige, Brooke, Maddie, Mackenzie, Kendall, Nia and Vivi came in to Studio A from the Dancer's Den as Kelly, Melissa, Jill, Holly and Cathy all walked in next.
"Ok, we haven't competed since May 1st because of unexpected scheduling conflicts, but at that competition, it was disappointing, none of the dances placed at all, but we've got to move on." Abby said. "Do you know what's happening this weekend?"
"The ALDC Showcase?" Brooke guessed.
"Yes it is, this weekend is going to be the annual Abby Lee Dance Company Showcase and you and the other dancers are going to showcase your talents and routines and we know your families and friends are going to come see you." Logan stated. "Now it's pyramid."

Top - Chloe
Middle - Maddie, Paige, Brooke
Bottom - Nia, Kendall, Mackenzie, Vivi-Anne
"All right, Brooke, remember the solo that you couldn't do because of your hip, you'll be peforming it at the recital this sunday, for the group routine, you girls will be performing a Contemporary routine called It's a Hard Knock Life from the musical Annie." Abby stated.
"In case we forgot to tell you girls, your mothers will be dancing in the showcase too and it will be called Golden Ladies." Logan added, a grin on his face and even Abby was grinning as the moms all looked embarrassed, the girls were cheering.
"Oh, no. Not us!" Kelly exclaimed.
"Please don't do us like this!" Christi begged.
"Nooooo!" Melissa whined.
"That's going to be an embarrassment." Holly muttered.
"Oh, yeah! You're going to dance and your choreographer isn't going to be me, mom or Gia. It's gonna be Cathy!" Logan exclaimed.
"Oh, no." Christi whined under her breath.
"You'll be getting a special treat Logan is going to be performing in the showcase too, he'll be singing one of his favorite songs, Get Ready For This by 2 Unlimited, he'll do Ray's part, which is the rapping part and the one that will do Anita's part, which is the singing part will be Kendall!" Abby informed.
Everyone applauded to Logan and Kendall.
"I used to sing Get Ready for This a lot since i was younger, whether it was in my Navigator, my mom's vehicle, her house, my house or in the Studio when no one was watching." Logan stated.
"He sure did and he's taught me the song." Kendall said.
"All right, moms, you can leave and girls, start stretching." Abby said as Maddie, Mackenzie, Nia, Kendall, Chloe, Brooke, Paige and Vivi-Anne began to stretch while the moms left.
Later on, after the girls were rehearsing routines that they've already done, Cathy was in Studio A dancing to the music that was going to be needed for the moms routine and she was chroeographing, and then a minute later, Melissa, Christi, Kelly and Holly all walked in.
"Hello there." Cathy greeted.
"Hello." Holly responded as she, Melissa, Christi and Kelly took their sandals off.
"Are you ready to work on our routine?"
"Honestly, i don't know if i still got it because i haven't danced in a long time." Kelly answered.
"Don't worry, we'll get the rust out so we can be ready for sunday." Melissa said.
"This is gonna be embarrassing, why did Abby and Logan make us do this?" Christi fumed.
"I don't know." Kelly sighed and then the moms were all beginning to dance to the music and the girls were up in the viewing room, where the moms usually sat and were laughing at the dance moves that they were doing.
"This is so funny!" Paige chuckled.
"It is, Paigey." Chloe agreed.
"Our moms must be so embarrassed." Nia stated.
"Can you imagine if that was Miss Abby dancing?" Brooke wondered.
"The floor would need to be replaced or people think that an earthquake was about to happen." Maddie predicted.
"Logan and i would try not to laugh." Kendall said.
The next day, which was another day of rehearsing, Logan and Kendall had finished rehearsing their performance of 2 Unlimited's get ready for this, Kendall was in her dance wear and Logan was decked out in a tank top and track pants as Abby was watching her kids finishing the rehearsal.
"How was that?" Logan asked.
"That was good." Abby answered.
"But there are some other things we can improve on." Kendall stated.
"Good that you've learned." Abby told them, then they remained in there and began to rehearse with the girls on their group dance and Brooke with her solo that she couldn't do last week because of the pain in her hip, Brooke was doing great because her hip seemed to improve.
