"Y-you're Hunter's mom?" Sophie asked, now feeling a bit guilty.
"Yes. No need to be sorry or guilty, Miss Arkston. I understand how it is." Nox replied, half smiling and looking at Luke. "Luke Alvastien, son of Hades. Please grab Hunter and follow me," she said and Luke had a surprised look, but picked up Hunter, army style, and started to follow Nox, along with Sophie, Jasper, and Chase.
"And you, the Sander, brothers, the famous Dragonknights, are unstoppable." Nox said as they walked, and Chase and Jasper looked at each other, then at Nox.
"Uh what do you mean by that, Miss Nox?" Jasper asked, curious.
"You two, are part of a clan, as old as time. The Dragonknights. Your father used to be part of the clan, but left because he was getting old. But he started a family, and you two are carrying on his legacy." Nox said.
"Oh. So, what happened to my mom and dad after that? I only have Chase in my life, but I know they were there for a little bit." Jasper asked, and Nox gave Chase a look and Chase looked at Jasper, a slight smile on his face.
"Like I said before Jasper, they got into a plane accident going to China on a business trip." Chase said, and Jasper nodded.
"Oh okay." Jasper replied, as they reached a small house and Nox opened the door and Luke, Sophie and Nox went in.
"Chase, let's go find out what Dragonknights are." Jasper told him, and Chase nodded and they went off in a different direction.
"Sophie, do you know what you are?" Nox asked, and Luke laid Hunter on the couch and stood next to Nox and Sophie.
"No I don't," she replied, looking at Nox curiously.
"You're a fallen Angel. Your mother is Azrael." Nox replied, and looked at Sophie.
"L-like a biblical fallen Angel? Aren't they bad?" Sophie asked.
"Only if they choose to be." Nox replies.
"Huh." Sophie said and Hunter started to wake up.
"Well, I'm gonna take off." Luke said, and Sophie waved to Luke and Luke left.
"Goddamn I'm never drinking again..." Hunter said and sat up, and rubbed his eyes, as Nox disappeared.
"You drank?" Sophie asked, and Hunter opened his eyes and looked at her.
"Uh no..." he replied.
"Liar." Sophie replied.
"Hey, it was Freshman year, I was 16 and going through a dark patch." Hunter said, sitting with his back to the couch, and Sophie sat close to him.
"You never told me that." Sophie said.
"That's because I was scared you'd leave me," he replied.
"Hunter, I could never leave you." Sophie said and looked at him.
"You wouldn't?" he asked, looking at her.
"No, I couldn't. I love you to much." Sophie replied, and Hunter smiled.
"Yay~" Hunter said and Sophie giggled, and then smiled deviously as she pushed Hunter down on the couch. Hunter watched her, a light blush on his face. She smiled as their lips met, and both of them closed their eyes. Hunter wrapped his arms around her waist and Sophie pressed against him, and they kept holding the kiss.
"A little provocative don't you think?" Nox asked, and Sophie instantly jumped off Hunter with a red face, and Hunter had a red face too.
"Uh...Um...." Sophie said and Nox chuckled.
"Don't worry. I just came to talk to Hunter about his power, and his dad." Nox said.
"What about dad?" Hunter asked, standing.
"Not only did your dad have powers, but he was also the Grim Reaper." Nox said, and Hunter scoffed.
"No way. Why would he keep that from me, knowing I'm his son?" Hunter asked, and Nox shrugged.
"I don't know. But Hunter, you can mold your powers to do anything. Just concentrate." Nox said.
"Concentrate?" he asked and Nox nodded.
"Yes. And try to keep them in check. I have to go." Nox said and disappeared.
"Concentration." Hunter said and slowly nodded.
"Concentration helps." Sophie said and walked up to him, and their lips were inches from each other.
"W-well, I can't concentrate when your inches away..." he said and she smiled.
"That's the point~" she said and pulled him into a kiss, and then let go and opened her eyes, and she saw Hunter smiling.
"Let's go find the others. We gotta show them what we can do." Sophie said and Hunter nodded, gently grabbed her hand, and headed outside. They then headed to the park, and after a few they saw Luke, Jasper, Chase and a man with shoulder length black hair, and a somewhat big build.
"Who's that?" Sophie asked.
"If it's who I think it is, then it's help." Hunter said and walked over and looked at the man, and the man looked back. They just stared at each other, and everyone watched them.
"You guys good?" Luke asked.
"That's if Dom, still accepts me." Hunter said.
"You know I'll accept you, lil bro." Dom said and smiled.
"Little bro? You're brother to the mayor of Dreydence, Hunter?" Luke asked and Hunter nodded.
"Yep. This is Dominic Dreydence, my older brother." Hunter said.
"Yep I am." Dom said.
"Wow alright then." Luke replied and started talking to himself.
"So what's the plan for finding Markarth?" Hunter asked.
"There is no plan," an evil voice said, and Hunter's eyes widened.
