The next morning I was in a much happier mood. Brett had dealt with this more maturely, by talking and not shouting, screaming or sulking. I was glad that I had talked about my past finally, and Brett was more trusting than Gale ever was.

Brett walked into the living room dressed only in his pajamas and unruly hair. He must have come looking for me as soon as he got up. He sat down beside me and nuzzled his face into my neck kissing me softly.

"Why are you up so early on a Saturday morning, ?" He asked with his sleepy voice.

I ran my hands through his thick silky hair, "We need to go shopping." I said.

"Why?"

" Coffee can't satisfy my hunger" 

"No.... Only I can satisfy your hunger" He said giving a soft bite on my neck making me scream.

"I need my stomach filled before ...... " I stopped talking.

My answer had Brett sitting up on the couch and looking at me with a smirk "Before I can fill you up" He said

I gasped at his open sexual remarks and blushed hard. He laughed out loud at my reaction kissing me loud on my mouth.

"Give me 15 min, we can get breakfast at my favorite café and then shop."

"I can make you some coffee"

"Thank you Sunshine. " He said before going for his shower.

The Café was only a few blocks from his place and so we decided to enjoy the lovely weather by walking. He was dressed in casuals and looked soooo Good . He walked holding my hand and talking about the city so oblivious to all the looks he was getting. I thought that, that was so cute, and wanted to kiss him right then and there.

"You are too tall" I said looking up at him.

"What do you mean?"

"Well if you want to kiss me all you have to do is hold me pick me up and kiss me, but if I want to peck you on the check I literally have to go on my toes and then pull you down a notch to do so."

Brett laughed out loud as he held me with my arms to the side trapped within his hold and picked me to his height and kissed me on my lips. "Like this" he said still smiling.

"See you didn't even have to bend" I complained pouting a little.

He kissed my pouting lips and said " Just say the word and I will pick you up" He said still laughing.

I stuck my tongue out at him and moved so he will put me down.

He put his hand over my shoulder, dropping kisses on my head while we walked the rest of the way.

The café was tucked away in a small side street near the market area. It was so quaint, with yellow painted cane tables and a bright blue painted chairs giving it a very cheerful look. Being very early, there was not brunch crowd, making it easy for us to find a table on the side walk.

I was very hungry after all the emotional stress last night, So I ordered their strawberry short cakes waffles with bacon and country potatoes. Brett got a 3 egg omelette with all the sides.

Brett was checking his phone for messages, when I was getting fidgety waiting for my breakfast.

"What's bothering you?" He asked without even looking up from his phone.
