Chapter 7// Guys This Is Actually Happening

School Mascot^. I was at my sisters volleyball practice that was being held at some high school and I saw this in the gym. My reaction: Yes this is the one!

Hey! I've been trying to update more often so please tell me how I'm doing with my timed updates! Thank You For that! I've been reading your comments, thank you for your support! I really appreciate it.

I went to this camp and we were supposed to write about how girls get stereotyped and how much drama has been going on. You had to write a letter to yourself telling yourself to stop thinking about your self in a certain way, or to tell yourself all your perfection.

My friend let me in on a snippet of hers to share.

"I'm thankful for the fact that I can sing and act and do all these amazing things people wish to do. Yes I don't look like a model, or those celebrities but I'm beautiful to myself and that's all that matters.

                                                                                                  -Anonymous"

Please tell me what you think. I will contact her if you want me too so she will know.

Okay so another chapter Yay!

If you guys can please send me cover suggestions or trailers. If not it's perfectly fine.👍🏻

I'm going to stop talking so that you can read...☺️

A party?

The last one I went to caused my best friend to turn against me! So I don't count it as a party because you're supposed to have fun which I clearly didn't. I don't like being on huge crowds of unknown people. I don't want to get drunk like people in movies and books do. I don't want to risk it.

I made myself a vow that I will never attend a party and now I'm sure I'm going to break it. Why is everything going wrong this week! I should've just done a few questions wrong on Jace's homework so that way I would've never been involved with this sh*t.

"If you don't want to go, Ashley, we don't have too. The last thing we want to do is pressure you to step out of your comfort zone." Bryce assures me.

I lean back into the bean bag chair, "Actually that's exactly what we want to do." Trace says, "We promised her we would teach her how to have fun surviving high school, and that's what we plan on doing, right?" When no one responds he keeps going, "We got step one down. The chocolate syrup project isn't clearly going to happen anytime soon. So we should take her to the party. I rest my case."

The room stays silent for a while. A party? Am I ready? "I mean how can I make sure everything's going to be fine?" I ask, "What if something horrible happens?" I think for a moment for an example, "Like maybe I'll have alcohol!"

All the guys start laughing, "What kind of party would it be if you didn't have any?" Jace asks.

I shrug, "Wait! Guys, I'm not at school. I'm ditching guys this is actually happening!"

"Yeah," Bryce responds with a nod of his head.

"So?"

"We do it all the time."
