Chapter 14

"Jake uhh what are you doing here?" I said uncomfortably.

"Ry, I'm not sure if you've noticed but Nash and I are friends. Don't worry mom didn't send me here to spy on you." he said

Nash turned to the back of the car facing me. "Oooooo MAD OR NAHH?"

I could help laughing even though I was slightly mad. I looked at Hayes who was rolling his eyes at Nash. Skylynn was singing to herself.

I rested my head on Hayes's shoulder and took out my phone. I looked at my notifications on twitter and saw that Hayes tweeted at me again

Hayes kissed my head and looked and me, and I smiled back at him. The whole way to the lake we held hands and cracked jokes. Jake and Nash were making dumb vines and having a good time.

"Guys were almost at the lake!" Elizabeth called from the front seat. I could see the lake glistening in the sun. 5 minutes later we stopped and all got out of the car. While Johnny unhooked the boat from the car, the kids all went to the lake. There were rocks by the water that Hayes and I sat on.

"Wanna play a game?" Hayes said

"I'm like what kinda game? And do we have to do anything with Jake, I love him and all but it's just not my thing." I ended up yapping about nonsense until Hayes shut me up by pushing his lips against mine. He grabbed my hips and pulled me closer. All of a sudden we were being pushed into the water. When I surfaced I looked at the top of the rock to see Nash and Jake laughing. "Are you fucking serious? Is this funny to you guys?"

"Do you not see me right now? I'm laughing my ass off." Jake called from the rock.

"Fuck you Nash and Jake. You can go suck each others dick." Hayes yelled leaving me laughing.

We walked out of the lake and we both went to Nash and Jake. I gave Jake a shove, but it didn't have any effect. Hayes ran at Nash and tackled him. He helped him up to ensure he was okay.

"You two baes are adorable. Seeing y'all was like looking on tumblr." Nash said in an interesting voice.

"What the actual fuck did you just say?" I asked.

"Look there's a party tonight at the end of the lake. You two should go." Jake suggested.

"Yeah um we'll think about it. Can you two leave us alone tho it's our last day together?" Hayes asked

"Fair enough. See you two love birds at the party." Jake and Nash went off to do their thing.

"Party sounds cool." I said

"Yeah we should go to it. It would be a great way to end our last day. Plus we always leave the lake really late or stay at the lake house. We will probably leave late today because I got to leave tomorrow."

"Well sounds like a plan."
