After dinner Hayes and I went back up into his room. We sat in silence for a bit until one of us decided to speak up. "Ryan, I want you to know your really cool." Hayes said without even stuttering. That surprised me allot too. Where I used to live people would never use my name and cool in the same sentence.

"Thanks, so are you." I said back with a proud smile. suddenly I felt a hand on my back. I didn't mind him doing that either. There's so much about him that I wanted to know. He was so perfectly imperfect it all made sense to me. All these feeling were coming at me like a train and I didn't know why.

"Want me to put on a movie, I have plenty to watch." Hayes said in a very convincing voice.

"Sure! Do you have any scary movies? Those are my favorite." I said hoping he did.

"Yeah, I'll put one on." He said as he turned off the lights and turned on Netflix.

I sat on his bed waiting for him to pick the right movie. I watched every move he took taking in the moment I had with him. I knew this wasn't going to be the last time I would see him, but boy it was exciting. Finally, he found a movies for us to watch and joined me on the bed.

"Here, lay back and get comfy."He said while patting the bed.

I laid on my side so I could face him and the T.V. screen. He also laid back and got on his side too. I suddenly got a fluttery feeling when being so close to him. The movie began and I laid there savoring this moment.

Hayes looked down at me and pushed the strawberry blonde strands of hair out of my face. I looked up at him, starring with my loving eyes. He leaned forward and kissed me. It was almost like a scene from a movie.

Sadly that perfect moment came to an end. I cuddled up on his chest and rested my head there. It was at that moment when my name was being called from downstairs. Oh no it was time to go I thought.

I jumped up and looked at Hayes. "We have to go. Ill text you later okay?" I said in a hurry.

"Okay. I'll see you tomorrow." he said smiling. I ran out if his room and downstairs where everyone was ready to go. I looked at my phone and realized it was already 11:00 p.m.

All five of us thanked the Grier's for a lovely dinner and said goodbye. It wasn't until I was in my room getting ready to go to bed that I realized I still had Hayes's sweatshirt on. Ill just give it back to him tomorrow I thought to myself, and off to bed I went.
