Going to this small bar was a big mistake, in more than one way. The big crowd of paparazzi surrounded us, making it harder for us to enter the bar. Thankfully we didn't have the time to take pictures as a huge headache was coming from the paparazzi. I sat down and calmed myself with a cherry cocktail.
As the night went by I left to go and refresh. I filled up my palms with a handful of water when Malenie ran in, "Alexia we need to go now!"
"What's going on!" I said with fear in my voice.
I walked outside, Cole grabbed my hand and dragged me outside only to see our car drive off into the distance.
"Is that our car!?" I asked.
"Quickly call the police Mom!" Dylan's whole body was shaking.
"We're going to need to get an uber," Cole took out his phone and began to search for ubers.
Dylan was pacing up and down the pathway. "It's going to be fine, just relax," I insured, putting my hand on his shoulder.
"Ok the uber will be here is ten minutes," Cole said ending the call.
"So will the police." Melanie walked into the conversation.
Cole's face began to go red with anger. "Cole are you ok?"
"Breath Cole, remember what we learnt..." Melanie was talking to Cole in a soothing voice.
Dylan pulled me aside, "Cole has some anger issues, he's starting to over come them."
"Woah I didn't know this, remind me not to get on his bad side then..." I said a little nervous.
The uber pulled up out front of the bar with another small problem. "I can only take three people at a time, I can come and pick ones of you guys up after?" The uber driver told us with his head out the window.
"I'll stay here and wait for the police to arrive, you guys go home and refresh," Melanie volunteered.
"Mom I'll stay here as well, after all it was my car... Alexia, you and Dylan head home, we'll be back right after you." Cole handed me the house key.
Dylan and I got into the back of the car as the uber driver asked where we were heading.
"Do you reckon they'll find the car?"
"Hopefully they'll make an effort to."
Dylan took out his phone and checked his few messages. "You know your like a more mature version of Cole..." I complimented him.
"Yeah?"
"Yeah...I like that." I caught myself flirting with him unplanned, and before I knew it our lips locked. It wasn't at all intense but I had no words for it.
We got out of the uber and watch it drive off into the distance. Dylan interlocked his lips with mine again. I held his cheeks in my palms and continued kissing him. We walked inside and threw our stuff on the ground and continued on. I knew doing this was the wrong thing, but there was no turning back now, what was done was done...
