"Dylan?" I woke up to see no Dylan beside me. "Emily do you know where Dylan is?" I called running down the stairs.

"Good morning to you too, and yes he went with my mom shopping, weird hey."

"Sorry Em, thank you. I'm going to take the car to Cole's ok, just let him know if he comes back."

"Wait Alexia are you sure that's a good idea?"

"No, but I need to get my stuff."

With only very little of my things with me I drove back to Cole's. Even though Dylan couldn't make it anyway, I thought going by myself was the better thing to do. As I moved the pot plant to grab the gold key, the porch creeked. Once I had unlocked the front door, I walked inside only to see ripped clothing and smashed things everywhere. I examined the whole house up and down, noticing the clothing were mine and Dylan's that we had left here the night before. While trying to figure out what had happened I heard sobbing in one of the bedrooms.

"Cole?" I called out. The sobbing stopped as I began to slowly wonder into Cole's room. I found him sitting on the edge of his bed with used tissues scattered everywhere. I realised Cole's anger issues got the better of him. He looked up at me and then back down at his feet.

"Oh my god Cole, I'm so sorry." I ran over and sat infront of him on my knees.

"Why are you here?" He looked at me with the most evil facial expression.

"I came to..." realising what I had came for was ripped up on the ground I ended my sentence.

"Well if you have no reason to be here...then leave." Cole was raging in anger, clenching his palms.

"Cole I can't leave you here alone, where's Melanie?"

"She left, back home."

"Cole I'm staying here ok, you can't be left alone other wise your just going to trash your place more and more." I put my hands on his knees, still crouching infront of him.

"Don't!" Cole jumped up of the bed and stood in the corner of the room.

"Cole stop just hear me out here ok."

"What is there to hear! You cheated on me! With my brother! You don't understand the things I did for you!" Cole pulled out a ring case from his pocket and threw it to the ground. A diamond ring popped out of the case. "Do you see that! That was yours!"

I stood stiff and couldn't take my eyes off the sparkling, diamond ring, "oh, my, God Cole! I'm so so so sorry." I was now carrying all the guilt I had left on my shoulders.

"Yeah so can you like leave now!"

"If you want I will leave, but you need company, someone to look after you. Who do you want me to get for you." I held my hands up infront of me slowly walking towards him.

Cole paused and stared at me. "Well right now I need you, but you'll probably go behind my back again..." Cole was no longer shouting or raging but looking down and his feet.

"No, not this time. Dylan's gone, I'll tell him to go back home, with Melanie. Things can go back to the way they used to be ok."

Without a reply, Cole layed on his bed and rested his eyes. Judging by the heavy bags under his eyes, I could tell he hadn't slept all night. I threw the white covers over him and walked back outside, beginning to clean up a little.

Cole's house turned into a dark and depressing sight. Dylan walked in uninvited, much like me, "woah! Are they my clothes?"

"SHHHHH," I yelled in a whisper. "You can't be here right now."

"It's just Cole's house.."

I paused and stared into his eyes, "No I mean here, in this place, in this city..." I walked him out onto the porch. "Dylan, Cole was going to..propose..to me."

"What, you only met like a -"

"Shhh, Melanie left him and went back home and I think you should too. When everyone left Cole's anger took over and destroyed everything! I walked in to see him crying!"

"What are you saying?"

"I think you should go back home, we need to end this relationship...for Cole's health."

"No...no way!"

"I will come and visit you in a months time...but for now, come in, get your stuff and leave..."
