"No" I hissed at the 6'4 giant walking besides my cart. "No junk food!"

"Please" he groaned desperately holding on to a bag of chips. "Please I get the munchies and Matty always eats my food"

"You'll thank me in five years when you're not fat and bald" I scoffed rolling my eyes at his pouty face.

"And bald?" He laughed grasping the cart with one hand so it would stop. "Are you saying I'm going bald?"

"George" I slightly chuckled. "Let's not do this here"

He gasped then burst out laughing despite the ugly glares from the posh moms. I just laughed along because it was a damn shame I was the first to acknowledge his very thin hair.

We were food shopping for this dinner I just had to have tonight. Really we're only having a dinner because Matty decided super last minute that he wants to fly out with me and his immediate family out to Washington DC for Christmas with Isis and our family.

Christmas in the states meant Christmas Eve in London but since a flight from London to D.C. was seven hours long we definitely couldn't have dinner on Christmas eve and instead had it today on the 23rd.

I truly wasn't excited. Way too many people were going to be in Matty's home and Isis wasn't going to be there because she had left yesterday since Matty was back and since she had her own family to spend the holidays with. However since Isis wouldn't be there that left room for Gabby to come which meant Gemma had to come because I needed someone who was team Abigail to tell me that I had nothing to worry about.

It was going to be an exciting dinner.

"So you're making ham" George frowned at the very large ham in my cart. "And?"

"And stuffing, rice, beans, empanadas, plantains, and pork shoulder" I said reading out some of the menu for him. Before Isis left she made pasteles for everyone, they're this Hispanic patty that were made of banana and chicken and chick peas. It's a lot and it takes time and patience which Isis had.

"Okay but you're not making roasted potatoes or a turkey which we all love" George frowned as we both watched him slip on a box of Oreos in the cart. I didn't say anything.

"Matty's mom will be making all your favorite British dishes" I scoffed at his bitching.

He cheesed then tossed his arm around me. "Caroline is excited"

"I like her" I smiled up at him. "I could totally be the best of friends with her"

"But?" He asked waiting for the other shoe to drop.

"But?" I questioned back because there was no other shoe.

"Wow you really like her, which means I did good because no one is as good as you" he said then realized what he said and laughed. "Besides Caroline of course"

"Don't" I didn't laugh shaking my head at him. "Today is going to be a great day and I'm telling you now if you or Matty fight once especially at the dinner table I will take every pipe, bong, bowl, hookah from the house and sell them to the pot head kids in that skate park"

"You're serious?" He gasped laughing at bit. "Calm down Abigail, nothing has changed in a year"

"That's where you're wrong" I scoffed looking up at him. "Everything has changed"

You wouldn't understand what hard work was till you try to clean a house that belongs to four men while also cooking at the same time, all while they sit on the sectional playing their games and smoking their pot.
