These nibbles are reeled in and are often times excuses on why not to go vegan...

No, I can say personally I absolutely hate salads. People are shocked when I tell them I hate salads... there's like "WHAT how can a vegan hate salads", they don't realize that vegans have alternatives to ALL animal products, so of course some won't want to eat salads when they have all these other options:
