Shawn's pov:
I came to Micheal's game. And my son is amazing. He is so good at playing soccer. I wish I was here from the beginning.
We walked down the bleachers, Grace is on my neck and Micheal ran up to us.
"Yes man! You were amazing!" Emelia said and gave him a high five and hugged him. "Thanks for coming dad. I don't think we would've won if you didn't come." He said giving my a hug and Emelia picked Grace up from my neck as I pulled Micheal into a hug.
He is almost as long as me but he has his mothers eyes.
"You were incredible Micheal." I said feeling tears in my eyes and he pulled me back into a hug. Emelia left me with the kids and went back home. I don't know why she left but I'll ask her when we get home.
"Ice cream?" I asked and Micheal nodded. "Ice cream." He said and let Grace jump onto his back. After we got ice crea we went back home. Micheal and Grace went swimming and I looked for Emelia.
I walked to our room but she wasn't there. I called her but she didn't answer. When I walked past my studio room I heard the piano playing.
I slowly opened the door and saw her playing, her hair tightened up in a messy bun like she always does when palying piano. I closed the door and she started singing "Couple of Kids" by Maggie Lindemann.
It sounded beautiful. I can't remember the last time I heard her singing.
She finished the song and I heard her sniffing. I walked up to her and wrapped my arms around her. The she cried. "Emelia." I said and she turned around, wrapping her arms around my neck. "Please don't leave." She cried out and I felt the tears sliding down my cheeks.
"I'm not going anywhere." I said holding her closer. Just then I got a notification on my phone, reminding me of my interview I have with Calital FM. I'm doing a Video Call.
I sniffed and pulled out of her hug. "I have an interview." I said and she nodded. "Wait." She said and pulled me back quickly and crahsed her lips to mine.
"I love you Emelia Mendes." I said and she smiled. "I love you to Shawn mendes. So much." She said and I chuckled before pecking her lips again.
