Emelia's pov:
I was outside watching Grace and Micheal splashing around in the pool.
Shawn was inside busy with his interview and I put my earphones in to listen to it.
"So Shawn. You're working on a new album. What are your hopes for this one?" The guy asked and I heard Shawn chuckling. Making me smile. "Well I worked really hard on it and I hope when it comes out that people will enjoy it just as much as I do. It has a entire new vibe to it than the other, and I really hope people like it." He said.
"And when a new album comes out. Does that mean another tour?" The interviewer asked but Shawn said no.
What?
"No I'm taking the year off." He said and my heart leaped. "There is things tha I need to fix in my own life and I don't want to leave it to get even more broken." He said and I smiled, feeling the tears in my eyes again.
God dammit Shawn you're messing with my emotions. I chuckled and he continued talking. "See me and Emelia were on the edge of a divorce because I wasn't home a lot and I didn't spend enough time with my own kids and my wife. I wanna take his year and go to every soccer game I can, play dress up with my baby girl and to kiss Emelia whenever I can, as much as I can." He said and I laughed as the interviewer and Shawn laughed to.
They ended the interview and I put my phone down, before taking my towel and throwing it on the side of the pool before getting in.
"Micheal! No stop that." I laughed as he swam up to my and kept pulling my feet out from underneath me. Shawn walked out with a towel and he is in his swimming trunks. I smiled and he jumped into the pool. "Guess who's home for a year!" He yelled and Grace held on to him.
"Dad! Yes!" Micheal cheered and gave him a hug. "Thank you." I said and he stepped closer to me. "I love you Emelia. And I'll never let it get to the point of divorce ever again before I have to change something. But I'm gonna need your help." He said and I nodded. "I'm here." I said and he crashed his lips to me.
"Okay eew. I don't think Grace wants to be in the middle of that." Micheal said and took her out of Shawn's arms. We laughed but them he picked me up and I wrapped my legs around his torso, my hands in his hair and I hugged him.
Kissing his neck. I have my husband back and my family is happy again.
