"So, Miss Acacia, what do you like to do?" Y/N asked as she swung herself lazily from a swing on the school courtyard. It was recess.

Miss Acacia shrugged. "I like music. I'm very fond of dancing. People tell me I'm good at singing too." She smiled softly, but it was mixed with some other emotion Y/N just couldn't identify. "How about you?"

"I don't know. I'm a girl of all trades. I just do some things and see if I like them. I am quite skilled in (activity of your choice) and I really like (favorite hobby). " Y/N shrugged. "This is nice."

Miss Acacia glanced at Y/N. "What do you mean?"

Y/N looked up at the cloudy sky. "This. We're talking and it's nice. It's nice and simple and nothing like all my other 'first school days'. I'm probably rambling and I apologize, but I'm just fond of certain types of simplicity."

Acacia nodded. "It's alright. I understand, you know. I've grown to like simplicity. I also like talking to you. It's nice." She smiled at Y/N.

A few seconds of silence passed. "Do you have any other friends?", Y/N asked.

The brunette shook her head. "Not really." She lowered her voice to a soft, barely audible whisper. "I don't like many of the kids here. Plus, most of them are friends of Joe, but he's nice to me."

"Who's Joe?" Y/N asked. Acacia nodded her head towards a tall, dark haired teen who was surrounded by other students.

"That's Joe."
