Chapter 21: He's Back

Applejack's POV
I was walking around school, god I missed this place, even if it was only 3 weeks of absence.

But, it seems like I feel a little, strange, like, someone's following me, stalking me. At first, I thought it was Dash, but that's something she wouldn't do to me, she knows how I hate someone stalking me, it's creepy.

"Hey there beautiful..."

No way... That voice...

It couldn't be...

"Thought you'd never see me again?"

It is...

"Go away..." I scowlled, I hate him!

"Now don't be like that... We used to-"

"You're right... We used to date! But now, we don't so goodbye!" I said, as I walked passed him, but he instantly grabbed my wrist, pulled me and pinned me to the lockers.

"Grr! Let me go!!" I yelled at him, trying to break free.

"Why my little Apple? Don't play hard to get on me... We know who's gonna win in the end, right?"

"Yeah... And that's me!"

I knee kicked him on the part where I shouldn't mention, causing him to let loose on my wrist. "Never take on a cowgirl..." I said, as I fixed my hat.

"You're not winning that easily..."

I felt his hands on my feet and pulled me down, and him rolling on top of me, once again pinning my wrists, what is it with the pinning?

"Come on now baby... You know you want me back..."

"No I don't!"

He leaned in, puckering his lips as I tried to avoid.

"DASH!! HELP ME!" I screamed. Soon enough, I heard frantic running footsteps, getting louder and louder.

"Ugh! Get off Caramel!!"

"Nuh uh baby, not until I taste your sweet apple lips."

He keeps on getting closer and closer, ahhh! Help!

"She said get off!" I heard Dash's voice, followed by pulling Caramel off of me, oh thank goodness.

She started to repeatedly punch him across the face, after the 8th one, she lets go of him and came to me. "You ok? Anything hurt? Something broken? Did he do anything to you?" She asked frantically.

"No, I'm fine." I answered her.

"Who are you suppose to be?" Said Caramel, who just got back up on his feet.

"I'm her suiter, why? You have a problem with that jerkface?" Dash said, with a hint of sass in it.

"Yeah! Cause I'm her boyfriend!"-Caramel

"You mean ex-boyfriend."-Dash.

This will just get bigger if I don't stop it now. I pulled Dash away from him, as thet continued to yell at each other.

These two are giving me a headache...

Time Skip... (Mansion)

Everyone was here. Twilight, Sunset, Rainbow, Pinkie, Fluttershy, and Rarity. Cider, Candy and Honey went back home to Appleoosa.

(They just visited Aj's school. Then went back home, they didn't enroll there, just snuck in to keep an eye on Aj.)

I miss them already. But, at least I still have my friends right?

"Sooooooo.... Jewel.... Dash told us what happened... Wanna talk about it?" Pinkie asked. Everyone looked at me, except Dash, who just leaned on the door frame, earphones plugged in.

"Well, I assume that Dash has already told you about him... He just wants me back, that's all. He wanted to kiss me..." I said, trying to make it as little of a deal as possible.

"What!? That's totally a big deal!" Pinkie shouted.

"Could we not talk about this? I think someone is... Um..." -me

"Oh, yeah ok."

Twilight and the others went back to doing whatever they were doing before. I went over to Dash and tapped on her shoulder, "Hey, you ok?" I asked.

She didn't answer, ohhh boy this isn't good.

"Hey, Dash? What's going on? Is there something bothering you? Please tell me."

She's still not answering... What should I do?

I grabbed her wrist, pulled her out of my room and into the guest room so the girls wouldn't hear. "Rainbowdash, what is the matter with you?" I demanded for an answer, but instead, she shifted her head a bit away from me.

What did I do? Did I made her mad? Why is she acting like this?

"Rainbow.... What did I do??"

That question seemed to snap her out of it, cause she turned her head to me with wide eyes. "Was it because of me? Was it because I didn't fight back? Was it because I was too afraid to even fight him?" I said, my voice shaking and tears started to prick through my eyes.

"No no no no, Aj don't cry. It wasn't you, really it wasn't. I'm sorry if I made you feel that it was your fault." She finally said, hugging me. She pulled away and wiped my tears.

"Then why weren't you answering me?" I asked.

"I guess... I was just jealous..." She said. That took me by surprise, she was jealous? Of what?

"Why?" I asked.

"It's like... I feel that you still like him in a way... And that you were afraid to kiss him, cause you thought that your feelings for him might come back..."

"Dash, I was afraid because I didn't know what to do. I really didn't want to kiss him, I just couldn't bring myself to fight him, cause he was still a part of my life..."

"That's just it! He's your first love and... I'm not..."

"Dash, no matter who my first love was, it doesn't matter now. It's true, first love never fades away, but that doesn't mean that I can't love you as much as I loved him. He made a mistake by fooling me, tricking me, and playing with me, but I know you won't..."

"Really? How can you be so sure?"

"Because I know you. You're the type of person who's mean to others, but when it comes to it, you love like there's no tomorrow. Dash, with you by my side, I feel like I'm important, that I'm special, because you say so, because you always tell me how great I am. You motivate me to do my best, even when we were enemies and frienemies, you challenged me to do these kind of stuff that I couldn't have ever imagined doing it, you challenged me cause you know I can do it, you believed in me... The reason why I allowed you to court me, was because of that... You helped me."

"So you're saying... Even if I'm not the very first person you fell in love with, you would still love me as much as you loved that person?"

"Completely... I won't ever give you less, but give you more than I gave him in the past, because I know you deserve it... Because I know, my heart is telling me to do so."

She smiled at me and hugged me, of course, I hugged back.

"This is why I fell for you in the first place. You're understanding, humble and honest of your words. I love you Applejack."

"I love you too Rainbowdash..."
