Chapter 13: First Kiss?

We all went to the dinning area and saw the food that was served on the plate. I sat next to Aj who sat next to her mom, I'm a bit puzzled though, she doesn't have any similarities with any of her parents.

We started eating. Everything was quiet, which made me uncomfortable. "So, who are these girls Jewel? Your new friends?" Her mom asked cheerfully.

"Yeah, I thought of inviting them too on the count of we're friends. This is Rarity, Pinkie and Rainbowdash." Jewel introduced us. We just smiled at them and went back to eating.

"I just hope that you would look out for Jewel..." Her dad joined in, looking at me. Why was he looking at me? What does he want to tell me? I'm so confused.

He looked away and asked Jewel about her day in school and yada yada yada.

After dinner we went straight back to our room. Rarity, Fluttershy and Sunset were at a corner taking selfies or whatever, Pinkie and Twilight were watching videos while me and Jewel played some video games.

She's great at playing video games, but not nearly as good as me. After about our 7th game, Jewel offered me to get some nightly fresh air outside.

I agreed and went out with her. We strolled around the backyard, the air was cool and refreshing, perfect for calming a person who's stressed all day. Jewel sat on the grass along with me and laid down, staring at the stars.

"Do you think that the people who died... Are still watching you from above, protecting you?" She randomly asked, with seriousness in the tone of her voice.

"I think so... On the other hand, we really don't know what's waiting on the other side."

Applejack's POV

I just frowned, so mom and dad aren't really watching me? I just sighed, there's nothing else I can do about it. I sat up and so did she. What could we possibly be when we're dead? Where will our souls go? What does death have plan for the deceased?

"Hey, Jewel snap out of it. You're zoning out." She said, snapping her fingers in front of me. I chuckled as I looked at her.

"Sorry."

She smirked and stood up, I didn't bother to know where she was going, but then...

Splash!

Water was dumped on me again! I looked to see it was Rainbow! Oh it's on. I stood up and grabbed a hose and sprayed her, soaked. "Hey! No fair! I only used a bucket!" She complained.

"Well you didn't tell me you were gonna start a water fight! Hahaha!" I laughed as I keep spraying her. She ran all over the place dodging the water. I just keep on spraying and spraying and spraying her, this is fun! Literally!

Ok... So it is confirmed, I'm lesbian. I can't help it! Everytime I see those magenta eyes, I get lost in them, her laughter is like music, her voice that always sounds so... So caring when she talks to me seriously...

How could you not fall for a person like that... I'm just afraid... Afraid that I might die before I even get to love one person and feel that love back. My heart can't handle that.

Then I realized that Rainbow turned the water off from behind and that I was just standing here like an idiot. She laughed at me cause this was the second time I zoned out, I punched her lightly on the side of her shoulder before going to the shed to get some towels.

I grabbed one for me and for Rainbow, when I turned around, it happened.

*smack*

Our lips met, eyes wide in surprised and a blush appeared on both of our faces. I pulled away and touched my lips she turned around and bent a little bit, wiping her lips.

I felt my heartbeat going faster by the minute. "R-Rainbow, hurry... Grab this towel and d-dry yourself.'' I said, she took it as I ran back inside the mansion and into my room, looking for the medicine. Luckily, I found it and drank it...

Panting, I closed my eyes cause of my dizzyness (Is that a word?) And opened them again. I went to my bathroom and dried myself up and grabbed my pajamas and some other pajamas in my closet.

I entered the room where they were in and handed them each a set of pajamas. They gladly took it and went to change, as I laid on my bed.

Did that really just happened to me? Did our lips really collided with each other? Now I'm really afraid, if one kiss causes my heartbeat to go that fast, who knows what'll happened when I end up falling in love with her!? I might die!

I need to sleep this off, maybe that might help me.

I slowly closed my eyes, the last thing I saw was Rainbow looking at me, before my eyes were completely shut.
