I didn't feel like going to school today but of course my little brother had to wake me up. I walked down stairs to find everyone looking a little sad and I wondered why. My mom walked over to me and told me to sit down so I did and what she said next changed my life forever.

" Honey I'm very sorry but your Grandma Maggie passed away last night." My mom told me this and I knew it was true but I didn't want it to be true. I didn't know how to react so I just cried. My mom hugged me and told me everything was going to be okay. I looked at her with daggers in my eyes and I screamed,

"HOW IS EVERYTHING GOING TO BE OKAY!!! SHE WAS THE ONLY ONE THAT KNEW EVERYTHING EXCEPT FOR LILLIE!!! AND NOW SHE'S GONE AND I STILL NEED HER!!!" I can't believe I just said that. My Grandma Maggie knew that I was bisexual. She was actually the first to know. She told me that she just had a feeling.

"Zoe what type of things are you talking about?" She asked me. With curiosity laced in her voice.

"Nothing just for who I am you know my quirky self." I responded and before she could saw anything else I ran to my room and locked my door. She was calling my name but I couldn't find any energy to move speak or even cry. I didn't know how to react. She was gone my Grandma Maggie was gone... forever.
