Your POV:

It's been a couple of days since I gave Grayson my number and I still haven't received a text or a phone call.

At least it's Friday. That means one more day of work and then I'll have the weekend off. Thank god. I need a break. It's not that I don't like work or anything it's just it's great to sleep in every once in a while.

I snapped out of my thoughts and continued eating my breakfast. Once I finished I put everything in the sink, grabbed my purse and my keys, and headed off to the school.

I'd be lying if I said I haven't been checking my phone every five minutes since I gave Grayson my number.

Even on the way to the school I was checking my phone hoping for a text.

I walked down the school hallway with my phone in my hand instead of in my purse like usual. I walked into my sat my phone on my desk next to my purse and got everything set up.

I can't believe it's March already. This school year has gone by pretty quick. As I was setting everything up Natalie walked in.

It was weird. She was never the first student here and what's even weirder Grayson seemed to be in a hurry.

Grayson's POV:

I decided to go into work an hour early so I can get out early to prepare the date I was gonna ask (y/n) on.

I just decided to invite her to my house. My sister Cameron already agreed to have Natalie over for the night so she wouldn't be there to bother us.

I took Natalie into school way earlier than usual but she didn't seem to mind. She liked spending time with (y/n).

I still haven't told her why she's going to her aunt Cameron's house. I don't think she'd care if I told her because of how much she likes  (y/n) but I'll keep it a secret for now anyway.

Your POV:

At the end of the school day Grayson came and picked up Natalie early also. Was he trying to avoid me?

Natalie this morning did tell me that she was going to her aunts house. I wonder why. Grayson doesn't seem like the type to let her stay places often. He seems like he likes to keep her close.

Once all the kids left I grabbed my phone and checked it and of course nothing. I grabbed my purse and locked up the room and made my way out of the building.

The whole drive home I was just so annoyed. Why'd he ask for my number if he wasn't gonna talk to me?

I was brought out of my thoughts by my phone going off.

Grayson's POV:

I pulled into my sisters driveway and got out of the car. Cameron walked out of her door as I was unbuckling Natalie from her seat.

"Aunt Cameron!" Natalie shouted out of excitement.

As she got out of the car she ran and hugged Cameron. It made me smile and made me feel better about the fact that I was kind of getting rid of her.

I looked at Cameron and said "thanks for doing this."

"Oh it's no problem. I haven't seen her in such a long time anyway." Cameron said smiling at me.

I hopped into the car and waved at Natalie and told her I loved her as I pulled out of the driveway.

Once I got home I pulled out my phone and pulled up (y/n)'s number. I stressed over the right thing to say. Finally I settled on something short and sweet.

What do you say? My house at 7? :) - Grayson

I sat for about ten minutes waiting for her reply. When I finally got it I smiled from ear to ear.

I'd love too:)- (y/n)

I sent her my address and went straight to the kitchen. I began making dinner and I pulled out some wine that I've had for a while.

Your POV:

I can't believe he actually texted me. I couldn't stop smiling. I actually get to go on another date with Grayson.

What do I wear? Omg. Do I even have anything to wear?

Well I probably shouldn't dress up super fancy considering I'm just going to his house but I do want to look nice.

Ill figure it out after my shower. I already took a shower this morning but I can't risk smelling bad or something.

I walked upstairs and went straight to my bathroom turning the shower on. I stripped myself of my work clothes and threw my hair up so it won't get wet.

I stepped into the warm water letting out a sigh. I have plenty of time. I still have three and a half hours until I have to be at Grayson's house but I just can't help my excitement.

After washing my body I stepped out of the shower and wrapped my self up in a towel. I decided just to use some mouth wash. I swished it around for a little while then spit it out and walked through my room to my closet.

I looked and looked and finally found an outfit. I smiled as I sat it on the bed. I decided I'll do my makeup and hair before I get dressed. I walked back into my bathroom and got my hair straightener and my makeup out.

Grayson seemed to like my hair when it was straight so why not do it again. I plugged the straightener in and as I was waiting on it to warm up I started on my makeup.

I decided on foundation, concealer, some light contour, a natural eye, and a nude colored lip. I didn't wear makeup like this all that often but i smiled at myself in the mirror because I happened to think I look d really good.

I brushed through my hair and split it into sections and began to straighten my hair.

Hopefully Grayson thinks I look good.
