Chapter 12: The Movies.

Your POV:

I was right about work going by fast because it did. It usually never goes by fast on a Tuesday but thanks to Grayson it did.

I guess the only bad thing about work today was the looks that that one mom gave me but that's expected. The years almost over so I won't have to deal with her anymore. Just a couple more months.

I sighed as I fumbled with my keys looking for the one that goes to my apartment. I finally find the right key amongst the mess on my keychain and shove it in the door.

As I enter my home I don't even bother walking upstairs to take my shoes off. I just kick them off right next to the door. I drop my keys on the counter like normal and put my jacket next to them.

I look at my phone and see that it's only 3. I sigh because of how anxious I am. I can't wait for the date.

I decided I'd take a shower now so that I'll be able to straighten my hair later without blow drying my hair.

I turned the shower on and while the water warmed up I stripped off my work clothes and tossed them off to the side and told myself I'd get them later. I put a towel on the rack next to the tub and I stuck my hand in the shower to check before I stepped in.

I stood in the shower for a while without doing anything because it just felt good to stand there and let the warm water roll down my body. I tilted my head back allowing the water to soak my whole head.

I reached for my shampoo and rubbed it into my scalped and then rinsed and then applied my conditioner and rinsed it also.

As I was rinsing my conditioner out I looked at my razor. I should probably shave. I grabbed my razor and applied shaving cream to my legs.

I was careful to shave every spot on my legs and I was careful shaving everything else also. You know just in case. But my legs were important especially if I decided on wearing a dress.

I washed my body with my favorite body wash to insure that I will smell good and I turned off the water. I opened the curtain and grabbed my towel off the rack. I dried my face and hair and stepped out onto the mat and wrapped the towel around myself.

I walked into my bedroom and grabbed one of my favorite lotions and applied it to my legs to make sure they were extra soft. I loved he feeling right after my legs were shaved. It made me feel so clean.

I put on a pair of underwear and a t-shirt and decided to go down and watch tv since there's more than likely plenty of time till I have to be ready.

I walked downstairs to the kitchen and checked my phone for the time and it was only 3:45. I opened my fridge and grabbed a bottle of water and walked into m living room, grabbed he remote off the coffee table and plopped down on the couch.

I surfed through the channels until I finally just decided to watch Keeping Up With The Kardashians.

I watched about two episodes and almost fell asleep 2 or 3 times but I decided I should probably get up and get ready.

I shuffled through my closet looking for something that'd be good for the movies. Something to make me look nice but also casual at the same time.

I decided on a nice, shirt, floral dress. I grabbed a red cardigan to match considering it's only March and it tends to still be chilly at times.
