Chapter 28- Joji POV

I stood on the hotel balcony hanging over the warm city streets. I took a long drag of the newly lit cigarette in my left hand. I had to find a way to get out of this.
Maybe I had admired her from the start, but my mind wasn't okay with finding a girl who was so well received by the masses, so it convinced me she was horrible and annoying.
Whatever it was, all I know is that I admire her now. She's funny, extremely beautiful, and it may be a cliché to say but she's not like any other girl I've met before. Jesus this sounds like a bad fan fiction (it is ;) ). I wish I could just start over, go back in time, even if I could go back a day and tell her I didn't hate her, tell her it was all a publicity stunt, then maybe everything could be okay?
I took another succ from the thin cigarette as I heard the door opening and the guys coming back in.
"Well..." Max started "I can't say she if she wants jap children or not but-"
"She didn't say anything" Ian cut straight to the point. He seemed oddly upset that she didn't, geez, he needs to chill with this fucking ship.
"Max you're an idiot, she said she didn't want children in general in her 'Q/A video 7' from December 4th, 2014"
Everyone's eyes widened. My eyes widened!
"Yeah, okay Joj, you're a freak" Chad said, nearly dumbstruck. Ian and Max slightly nodded in the back.
"Yeah dude, you can't just spit out facts like that and then expect us to believe you when you say you don't want to be in a relationship" Max continued.
"Guys, its fine, maybe I'll ask her out on a date in a few months after this has all blown over"
It seemed like a good enough answer for the time being so they let it drop, and carried on with unpacking, and getting comfortable in the small room. It seemed like we could finally joke around and not worry about any females harshing our mellows but of course...
"George, you know everyone's expecting you to fight her at playlist? Even if it's not like for real, you still need to do something, like you said you would."
"Yeah, Ian, let it rest? I'll figure it out."
He shrugged his shoulders and turned around preparing himself for bed, the other guys followed suit.
"I don't know, George, you dug your own grave, but we'll do what we can to help you get out" Max finished.
