The video ended, flashing to a dull screen, and my jaw was left agape. I couldn't believe that piece of shit. It seems weird to me when anyone can talk so freely about their romantic thoughts in such a genuine way.
Nonetheless, it made George Joji Miller that much more attractive.
Did I like him? Duh. No shit. Am I going to give in so easy to him? Nope. Not for a moment do I want him to know how head over heels I truly am for him.
I opened my twitter and began to compose a tweet to loverboy.
         "I'm fine thanks"
I left it vague, no tagging him, nothing to attach it to the video he had posted. I thought/ hopped this would give it a cool girl façade, and would hopefully make him squirm a little.
Of course it was simple to connect the two posts, which everyone did, and thus blew up my twitter twice as much as it had been previously. Most of the replies were enraged at my sudden "disinterest" in the handsome man (if you could call him that).
Honestly, I had deep, growing feelings for him, but who would I be if I gave in so easily? It wouldn't surprise me if he had only been doing all of this for a cheap laugh to himself, or even so he could exploit it to the fan base. Does he care about me? Or the revenue?
Snapped out of my thoughts by my glowing phone, I quickly recognized the name attached to a newly delivered text. Who else but Joji?
"No thanks? Are you serious?"
Tsk tsk tsk, attitudes aren't attractive George. I shook my head slightly, and started with my reply:
"Yeah, why?"
A quick response followed:
"I'd think someone who kissed me twice would be at least a lil interested in me. Interested enough to get coffee, or at the very least talk to me about everything I had to say"
Yikes, that made me feel guilty. Way to go Joj,
"Fine, be here at 7, my address is [whatever]"
I left my phone in its previous resting area, and jumped to my feet with a newly found burst of energy. I had a lot of cleaning and getting ready to do.
