I'm serious. This is a short story!!

~♥~

Taileen's POV

I sighed deeply.

I really want to cut off this dress and rip it off me. But if I showed that attitude to mom, my fate will be similar to this dress. I'm not even kidding.

She put on a quaint smile as she passed the papers to her secretaries. I felt so depressed seeing her.

When I wanted you to do something for me, you aren't there. I sighed as I thought. Now that I do not want you to do something like that to me, you're happily doing it.

Jeez, save me from the depths of hell, please.

"Taileen," I heard mom call me. "We need you to sign these papers."

"Make it my homework, please."

She smiled. "Sure,"

It wasn't a warm smile. It was an annoyed, creepy smile.

I felt shudders. Shizshizshizshizshiz--

She ran up to me and ripped off my dress. "You annoying, bratty child!! I'm doing my outmost efforts to settle this for you and you--you dare disobey me?!! I'm telling you right now, SIGN. THESE. PAPERS!! This instant!!"

I didn't even cry while she strangled me. I nodded.

Lighting fast, she stood up and smiled. If strangers saw her right now, they'd think it's warm.

But, rather, it's a pleased one.

While signing, as if a chant, I thought repeatedly.

I'm doing this to live.

The next day, it was the same thing all over again. She was with me, everywhere I go. I did not dare go to the comfort rooms.

I really want to see Trence. I wanted to be treated like a princess, something that Trence only does. He may banter with me, but it felt comfortable.

I sighed. You want that to happen, but the last time you were with him, you had a serious fight.

Ever since that day, I adapted the habit of sighing. And being depressed.

It's weird.

When it was time for my classes, mom wasn't there to linger around me. I could finally breath again.

I sighed and sat down, and I felt stares from my classmates.

I looked around and saw who were staring. Rin and Jack.

I was too tired to act jumpy and happy so I waved a little to Rin with an emotionless face.

She looked worried. I don't want to worry her.

She stood up from her seat and rushed to me. "Tailee, are you okay? If you need to run away from your mother, you can live in my house."

"I don't want to bother you or cause you a lot more trouble than you think. I'm okay."

She sighed and made a mess of my hair.

"Tell me if she's doing anything that's bothering you. I'll come running!" She happily told me. I rolled my eyes as I smiled. "That'd be nice." I commented.

She hugged me and I saw Jack standing patiently behind her. "Hey, Jackie." I teasingly called him.

"Hey tiny." He teased back.
