Trence's POVI ran and ran and ran.
I couldn't feel tired, it was like my body became numb.
I grabbed a bike I found on the streets and rode it. I heard yells, probably from the owner, but I didn't look back.
All in my mind was
Taileen.Taileen.Taileen.Taileen.Taileen.Taileen.
It was like a chant. As though chanting her name continuously would stop her from going away.
Stay. Stay stay stay stay stay.
I chanted in my head again. I need you to stay. Please don't leave me..Taileen.
My cellphone vibrated a couple of times, but I didn't answer it.
Below the night sky, I rode the bike as fast as I could, going to the airport.
Is she here? Did she leave? Will it be rescheduled? Will she stay?
I didn't lose hope, or rather, I ignored it. I'm foolish, but I didn't want to think of her leaving.
It rang this time, my cellphone. But I didn't even peek.
It went to voice message.
"Hey, Trence. I'm sorry for lying, but be careful. I wouldn't want you to be hurt, at least for my conscience. What am I saying? I want you to be safe, so please, please don't be angry. Bye."
Rin.
Rin's starting to act similar to Taileen, and it seems to be unintentional. But it would still be better if Taileen was the person who acts those.
I love her.
What do I love about her? There's millions of stuff I could say, but I would look like a masochist.
But I simply love how she's small, how she could be clumsy, how she repeatedly denies what I say, how she inspires me everyday, how she smiles, how she doesn't leave me even though I'm not the best while she is.
I love her.
I crashed to a wall.
"It hurts..it hurts it hurts it hurts!" I shouted, and tears started to flow down to my cheeks and to the ground. But I stood up.
"But it hurts even more when she's not here, laughing at me." I mumbled between tears.
I rode the bike again, and finally, finally I reached the airport.
I left the bike outside and ran inside.
I didn't have any bag with me, so I didn't have a lot of delay.
Without any shame, when I reached the place where the planes fly, I shouted;
"Taileen, don't leave me!!"
Third Person's Point of View
Taileen's plane was about to leave when she heard this.
"Taileen, don't leave me!!"
She quickly looked back and saw a very messed up Trence.
He had tears in his eyes and his clothes were dirty, he had scars on his face and on his arms.
But when their eyes met, the messed up, scarred Trence smiled.
Trence stared into her green eyes. It felt like home, comfort, and something else.
He shouted,
"I love you!! So please, please don't leave me. You didn't even reply to me yet...! So please, stay..with me."
His voice broke, and he cried harder.
Taileen smiled. "Trence, I---"
The happy moment ended.
The curtains of their story closed.
Their thread of fate was cut, it seemed.
Her mother pulled her inside the private plane.
"Let's leave."
And they left.

On Trence's side, he broke down.
He started to calm down after a few hours, and it was already 5:00 AM.
What was life like before Taileen?
It was only last June when they met. Before that, he was still overseas, staying with his mother.
It was boring.
And now...
what'll happen to him now?
Without noticing it, tears came running down his cheeks again.
As he tared into the sky which gradually seemed to be brighter, almost as if clueless to the depression he felt.
"How can I continue living now?" He thought to himself slightly out loud.
"Taileen. A unique name for a unique girl."
There shouldn't be anyone much more unique than her...
"Tss, ever thought about mine?"
or so I thought.
