-and there's a bittersweet poison in stories forgotten
a sweet and sour taste in memories of old-

Sadie put down the paintbrush and wiped her forehead, getting paint all over her already blue-stained face. "So? What do you think?" She asked Millie, who was standing in the doorway. Sadie had been painting their bedroom, the six of them had all moved in together in a house with three bedrooms. Millie examined the dark blue and white walls before focusing on the mural. It was simple, really, just six silhouettes. Four of them were on bikes, one shorter than the others, one with untamed curly hair, one with curly hair and a hat, and one with really short hair, nearly to his scalp. Running in front of them were two others, one had long flowing hair, waving in the wind, the other had short hair, not unlike the fourth boy's, and was wearing a dress. "Sadie, it's perfect." Millie called the others. "Damn, Sadie, we just grabbed some paint and messily painted." Finn said, pointing to him and Noah. "Painting? We just spent the day procrastinating and watching movies." Gaten exclaimed, making them all laugh.
