I was seriously doubting to go to school when I woke up earlier. Yes, I will admit it, I'm now afraid of Luke. Who knows what that tall dork can do to me. I'm sure he's already plotting his revenge to me, but since it will eat all my pride to chicken out, I went to school.
Taking a deep breath, I walk down the hallway while gripping tightly on the strap of my backpack. Even though I have my head down, I can feel the students staring at me. I bet they all know what I did to Luke yesterday. He is very famous here in school - as if I didn't know that - and punching him wouldn't just get away like that.
I stop in front of my locker and look around me. I sigh. I'm safe.
Where's Sam, though? I hope she will be here. At least my nervousness will fade a bit.
"Are you Caroline Evans?"
The deep, husky voice startles me that I drop my book on the floor. I turn around to see two tall men wearing suits standing in front of me. Is this Luke's revenge? Did he ask these men to hurt me? I swear to god I'm nothing compared to these men.
I gulp. "Yes."
Then before I know it, they grab me by my arms and start to pull me with them.
"Let me go!" I scream as I try to get away from them. The people around me are just simply staring. I bet this always happen when someone mess with Luke or even with the other three. I hope I'm in their position so I'll know what these men will do to me.
Even though with all my protests, these two men still take me to the parking lot. One of them lets go of me but only to open the car door while the other one is still holding my arm tightly. I finally give in and shut up. I know this wouldn't be worst like me ending up dead.
"Get inside." He orders as he pushes me inside the car.

I am shocked when the car pulled into the front of Luke's house. What now? Did he like have a torturing room inside this huge house? I don't know what happened but earlier in school, I was seriously scared of what will happen to me but all of the sudden, the fear just faded away. Maybe it's a sign that this wouldn't really be so bad.
Like, I know Luke didn't care if I'm a girl or not, but just like what he have said, he wasn't that so evil.
I sigh in relief when the two men finally leave me when I enter the house. There's this one man in a suit who is waiting for me. He actually looks like a good guy rather than those two big guys. I know I'm safe - for a while, maybe - when he smiles warmly at me.
"Follow me." He says as he gestures his hand to his right.
I don't know where he's taking me, but we go to the second floor of the house.
"You're the first girl he ever took home." He suddenly speaks.
"What?" I ask in confusion, but he just smiles in reply. If, by he, he means Luke, then I'm definitely surprised right now. Me? The first girl he ever took home? Like, what happened to my theory and the huge possibility that I'm one of the hundred girls he brought home? Though I don't really like to consider myself as one of them because there's no way that I'll be a Luke's girl, but there's really nothing at all in the first place.
We finally stop in front of this door. The guy smiles once more to me before he opens the door for me. I doubt for a second to enter inside but since the room didn't look like a torturing room or something, I step in.
And at the end of the room, behind the huge windows which are from the ceiling to the floor, is Luke Hemmings. He's just plainly in his signature skinny jeans and a white t-shirt inside his black jacket. He has his hands in his pocket and he just stands there, staring at me without an expression.
