Sam decided that she should just head home. Michael being Michael, he insisted that he would take her home so he did while Ashton said that he has a date with Mia today. I can still feel that little inch of jealousy inside of me every time their relationship is brought up. I know I should stop feeling jealous about Mia and Ashton now that I'm with Luke.

But Luke decides to stay since it's his first reason anyway, to just hang out with me the whole day. Thankfully, my parents and Liam are still not home. I would rather them not to know what just happened awhile ago. This is something that our group needs to fix. Especially this is between Calum and Sam.

I still don't know what to feel about what Calum just did. I really expect him to be fine about it. I mean, sure, he'll be shocked at first and it will take a few minutes for it to sink in into him. But I didn't expect him to go crazy like that and just leave Sam. I want her to keep the baby. I don't want anything to happen that will make her abort it. And I'm afraid that in what happened awhile ago, that decision might cross her mind.

"You shouldn't have punch Calum." I mumble after a long silence between Luke and I.

He sighs. "He deserves it anyway."

"But still-"

"Stop," He snaps as he shows his hand to me, signaling me to stop talking. "I don't want him to be a cause of our fight. He isn't worth it, Care. Just drop it off. It happened."

So I stay silent. I don't want to start a fight with Luke either. It has actually been rare between the two of us since we got together. But there are a few minor arguments but I won't consider them as fights. There are just things that both of us don't agree, but that's it.

"Sorry." I mutter after a minute or two.

He sighs once again, heavier this time, as he finally looks at me. "Hey, don't be, okay? I'm sorry I snapped at you like that. I'm just... I don't know. It feels like I don't know Calum at all because of what he did. I never expected him to be a dick to a girl like that because trust me, he's really a goo-"

"Luke," I say, cutting him off, when I realize he's just rambling now. "It's okay. It isn't your fault that he acted like that. Don't talk like your blaming yourself because he can't accept the baby."

He takes a few deep breaths and nods. "Anyway."

"What?" I ask as I tuck my foot under my leg on the couch.

"My mom's coming home in a few days," He says. "I want you to meet her."

My jaw drops. "W-what?"

Luke chuckles as he rolls his eyes. "Stop that. I'm just introducing you to her. What's wrong with that?"

"Oh," I mumble as I shut my mouth. "Okay."

"Since, you know, she won't be home for too long and I don't know when's the next time she's coming back so, I want to do it now rather than later," He says with a big smile on his face. "I just want her to meet the girl who makes me happy."

If I'm not nervous or shock or surprise, I really don't know what I feel right now, I would be smiling like an idiot to his cliché-ness. But I didn't and I guess he notices it because he grabs my hands and stares at me intently, as if he's looking for clues on what I'm thinking.

"Hey," He whispers. "What's wrong? Did I say something?"

"No," I shake my head. "Nothing."

"Is it about me introducing you to my mom?" He asks. He really knows me well.

"No," I lie, faking a smile in the same time. "It's nothing. Let's just grab some lunch, yeah? I'm hungry."

His worried expression is quickly replaced with a grin. "Sure. Nando's?"
