Personal
Q. What's your age?
No, I don't have a problem telling my age. I just turned 18 on 14th Dec, 2017.Q. Will you write another book?
I plan to. I have a rough sketch of it in my mind. I've thought of the characters and how their personality would be but I still have to put my thoughts on a piece of paper. I can't promise writing it, but if I do, I'll write the whole thing first and then will publish each chapter regularly in sha Allah.Q. What genre would my next story be?
It will be something in between Mystery/Thriller and Spiritual.Novel
Q. What made you think about writing this book?
I wanted to represent Islam as best as I could while not making my Muslim character look like those perfect Muslim girls as shown in typical wattpad books. Also, through my writing, I wanted to help people come closer to Islam, and maybe even help a Non-Muslim in sha Allah.Q. How long did it take you to write this book?
Around one year and a half. I was 16 when I began and completed it just as soon as I hit my 18.Q. Could it really end with Denae dying?
No. No story ever ends with a character dying. When my story ends, the big questions I leave are, How will Aiza handle it? Did Char get inspired by Denae converting? How will Char survive without his love of ten years? But the biggest question is, How has this book affected you? If it has, well, there's no end to Her Encounter till you keep it in your heart.Q. Is Axan's part of the story all? Wasn't there something else that should have been added?
No, there wasn't anything else to be added. That was all for Axan. As I mentioned, Axan had been in love with Denae for years but when he found someone better, someone more caring than Denae, he obviously wanted to leave Denae. He didn't know how to do it so in his mind he started hating her. This is what human psychology is about; when we don't know what to do with something, we start hating it. He didn't know how to break up nicely with Denae so he started hating her in his mind. The hate grew to such extent that he ended up taking advantage of her, ultimately leaving her in such a manner that scarred her soul forever.Q. Why did Aiza and Denae literally run around Convanlea? Of course, there could have been better options for them. Like maybe run off to other country?
That's the problem, Denae and Aiza didn't have any options. If any of them had used their passport, they would have been caught. I mean, hey couldn't even use their credit cards. Only Denae had fake papers to leave the country altogether. But she couldn't do so because Kantun had made it clear that he'd use Aiza as a bait. If, by any chance, Denae had left using her fake identity and Kantun had caught Aiza, we all know that Denae would have returned to save Aiza. Thus they had to stay in the country.Q. Why did they not move to a farther part of the country? Why linger around Convanlea?
A good question. They could also not do this. Uncle was getting Aiza's fake documents ready and just when he was to call them, they were meant to rush to Denae's main office and make a run for it. They had to be close for that.
Secondly, by staying close to Convanlea they had a feeling of being close to the people who loved them. If any danger called, they could have called for help.
