chapter 4: its a date.

Jasmine could not the stop the excitement she felt. She has a date with Albert, today at seven p.m, she couldn't believe this,the fact she was having dinner with Albert and the fact she was feeling like......like a woman once more;ever since she breakup with Carl,she hadn't felt like she could date anyone. Jasmine glances at her wristwatch, it was three o'clock.

She still had one more hour before closing time but suddenly that one hour seemed like eternity.

She tried concentrating on the work before her but that seemed impossible, all because of a man named Albert MacPherson.

Finally,four o'clock reached and she couldn't wait to get out of there and get home so she could change into something nice,and probably hot for Albert.

Fortunately for her,there was no traffic to slow her down so she got home in thirty minutes. As she came into the house,she met tony,Fiona, and her father seated at the table having snacks.

Probably a get together,she thought, well i got no time for get together whatever.

She walked to her father and gave him a kiss on the cheek,"hello father"she said,turning towards tony and Fiona she said"hello,siblings how are you all doing today?"

"Wonderful"Fiona replied.

"Okay,I need to rush upstairs"she told them.

"Why the rush sis?,anyways come join us after you've changed" Tony told her.

"Sorry bro,am afraid I can't"jasmine said.

"Why little angel?"her father asked.

"Well........" I can't tell them,can I,she thought.

"Well......."Fiona pushed further.

"Well...the thing is....."Jasmine could not say it.

"Spill it sis" Tony charged.

"I've got a date!"she finally blurted.

"Aha!I knew it" Tony yelled.

"No you didn't"Fiona countered.

"I did sis there was a bounce in her every step and a happiness that seems to radiate all over her"tony explained.

"Hmm,now I see"Fiona said looking carefully at Jasmine.

"I've gotta go"jasmine announced.

"Okay"Fiona told her.

"Good luck"Tony said.

"I haven't even dressed anyway"Jasmine said and bounced upstairs.

"We've got some talking to do"Fiona told her sis and jasmine just rolled her eyes.

Right now she needed to find a dress for the date,something good.

"Wow!,she really is bouncing father" Tony said still looking at the stairs jasmine just climbed.

"That's really good son, you need to see her she. She broke up with Carl" Edwin said.

"How was she" Tony asked.

"You know,sad and depressed" Edwin replied.

"When did she breakup with Carl?" Fiona asked.

"Hmm,let's say......a few weeks ago"Edwin answered thoughtfully.

"Awe!what led to the break up"Fiona wanted to know.
