That face....Kim Taehyung...don't make that face....
"Oh my gosh..." Was the first thing that came out of my mouth as I regained my consciousness. It came out like a slurred moan and I was still not in the right state of mind. A faint pain registered in the left side of my head but the ache inside it was killer.
Damn, I got knocked out pretty hard. When I began to lift my hand up to touch my sore spot on my temple, everything for last night's events came rushing back to me like a storm.
A black shadow man, a black van, shadow man grabbing me with not so shadowy but strong arms, a cloth dabbed with chemicals up my nose and everything going black. I swallowed. This could only be summed up to one conclusion. I was kidnapped. By some man! Or guys, they could have been inside the van, but how many?
In my realization, my eyes snapped up to search around my surroundings. The walls were a faded black, rust lining up against the corners. The ceiling were caked with dust and I wondered whether that was the reason my breathing was becoming difficult.
There was a faint light seeping through the cell, at least that was what I thought it was, through a small opening on the front metal door. I groggily lifted myself up but was yanked down hard by my wrist. I looked down and found a chain cuff attached to the ground. And it wasn't letting me up.
I felt anger crawl up my arms and my eyes narrowed into slits. Okay kidnapping was overrated but chaining me down to a cold hard floor? What, do they mean to freeze my butt? Was that what the fearsome captors intend to do to me?
"Hey!" I screamed, mostly out of anger.
No answer came, just the silence surrounding me.
"Hey!" I yelled a bit more louder, pushing all of my fury into my voice.
"You know, you better hand me answers to why I'm chained down like an animal, do you hear me?" I kept on screaming like a madwoman out of control. I didn't care whether I sounded like a groaning bear, I wanted some answers, even if it meant it being written down in some code or whatever.
From a distance I could hear footsteps coming. Faint but sounding more louder until I saw a shadow stop in front of the door through the mail hole opening.
I sighed in relief. Finally I was going to get some answers. Normally someone else would've been terrified to know that the person who kidnapped you is coming to possibly demand what they needed. Well, if this was my cue to cry then I wasn't going to give them the satisfaction.
I heard someone pull back a lock and it screeched against the door, creating an ungodly sound, making me cringe heavily. Really?
The door opened, scratching at the metal floor and light poured, blinding me. There stood a dark figure, hands clad in his jacket pockets and posture relaxed but I could tell from the aura that his demeanor was clearly dangerous. And to my greatest displeasure, I still couldn't make out his face.
After the short blinding moment, he flipped on a switch near the wall and orange lights lit up the cell dungeon. At least now I could make out what was what.
My kidnapper took three steps forward and knelt down in front of me, a feet apart. I froze when I saw his features and all I could think of was holy shit...
His chiseled jaw had a five o clock angle as the light illuminated his cheekbones, enhancing the wild look his brown eyes brought out. His blonde side bangs were to the side and caressed his sort of boyish face and his pink lips were pressed together in a tight line. Oh gosh why?! Did fate have a personal vendetta against me? What did I ever do to fate that it made my kidnapper look like some sort of bad boy handsome runaway model? He was clearly Korean and he looked like something I could jump at. His figure was slender, not too much muscles and everything but fit, like he worked out every day.
