"Awesome, Nikki! It's only your first day, and you've already got plans with Vince Wharton!", Tommy exclaimed, being all excited for his new friend, "1 – 0 to the new guy". Nikki just laughed nervously. The two of them were walking back from recess, and heading towards the classroom. "Come on, dude! You gotta be excited!", Tommy smiled, stopping right in front of Nikki. Nikki hesitated a little. "Yeah, excited... Sure...", he mumbled, "That's the word I was looking for..." Tommy just stood there, a little shocked, staring at him. "Nikki", he said, grabbing Nikki's shoulders, and for once being serious, "Vince Wharton wants to hang out with you. He's the most popular guy at school!" He stopped for a while. "...and now I just realized why you must be really fucking nervous..." Tommy let go of Nikki's shoulders, and they continued walking to the next class.

The next subject they were having was homeroom. Where Nikki came from, they didn't have anything called "homeroom", so he had no idea what it was. "Seriously?", Tommy exclaimed, "You didn't have homeroom? Where the heck are you from, dude!?" Sitting down in their seats, Tommy once again looked at Nikki in surprise, thinking that he was probably from another planet – where they didn't have homeroom. Nikki just looked down at the desk, shrugging, because he couldn't come up with a better answer. "Oh, sorry, dude, I'll explain it to you", Tommy started, "In homeroom, we usually do our homework, other undone work, or just practice for upcoming tests. Stuff like that. Or sometimes, the teacher will make announcements, if something comes up". Nikki nodded, understanding it at least a little better now.

"Please find your seats!", Mrs. Allen said, trying to yell over all the students' talking, "OK, then", she went on, "Before we start, I'm just reminding you that everyone has to make a movie for the contest, so if you haven't started yet, it would be smart to do so now". Nikki turned his head to Tommy. He didn't understand a thing. Every once a year, all the students went together in groups to make short-movies for a contest simply called "Best Movie Contest", and Nikki didn't have a group to make a movie with. Luckily for him, neither did Tommy. "Hey, we should make a movie together!", Tommy exclaimed, "That would be so cool, right?" Nikki nodded shyly. But to make a great movie, they would need more people, so the two of them agreed that Nikki would ask Vince later, since they were going to hang out after school anyway.

Vince slung open the huge double doors to his luxury mansion. They went inside, and Nikki stopped in the hallway, just looking around, staring at Vince's amazing home in awe. "Yeah, I live here", Vince said, noticing that Nikki was impressed. Nikki looked around, but didn't see any family members, just an opening that led into the largest kitchen he had even seen, that was probably filled with every food he could imagine, and a major staircase with red carpets on each step, probably leading to Vince's bedroom or something. "Alone?", he asked. Vince nodded. "Yeah, sweet, huh?", he smiled, and his bright white teeth shined back at Nikki, "But I never spend a single night here alone, 'cause I've got my girls". Nikki couldn't force himself to believe that someone their age could afford this luxury alone, but he assumed that Vince's parents were paying for it. "What do ya say we go upstairs?", Vince asked, already starting up the stairs before Nikki got to answer. "Uhm, sure", Nikki mumbled, following Vince up the staircase. The two of them stopped in Vince's enormous walk-in closet. Inside was just the biggest collection of clothes and shoes Nikki had ever seen. There were everything from leather to denim, scarfs and hats, and everything in between, and it all left Nikki speechless once again. Vince pulled down a glittery tight top from one of the hangers, and turned to Nikki. "We're gonna doll you up", he said, winking at Nikki. Nikki's eyes opened wide. He just thought they were going to talk or something, but no, of course they had to dress up like Barbie dolls. How could he not have seen this coming?
