I didn't like the idea of it. How were we going to get away with it anyway? Girls weren't allowed to go to the boys cabins, and boys weren't allowed to go to the girls cabins. The rules were clear. And no way in hell, would we play it somewhere where everybody else could experience the disastrous game. I knew these party games. And they never ended well. That's why I always try to strongly avoid parties or anything along of the lines that would have anything to do with games. Truth or dare shouldn't even be called truth or dare. You were always going to be forced into doing something you would never bring yourself up to do in the daylight.

I still stood there with the curtain wrapped around me. God, what was I doing? Luke needed to get out of my way before people started noticing. But he stood there, his broad shoulders mounted on him, with his hands behind his back, and a charming smirk on his face. I figured it was because I was naked right there.

"God, would you stop looking at me like that?" I looked away so I wouldn't have to stand another second looking at him.

"You're in right?" I thought he already decided everything for me.

"Yeah sure, whatever. " I tried passing through, but i smacked into him, and the curtain slipped out of my fingers just so slightly. I immediately found a hand on my back, holding it, and pressing me against the body blocking me.

"Can't let you get nude, now can we?"

"Thanks," I was too red faced to face him. I was about to head off when he said, "Oh yeah, so tonight they're going on a night hike. It's optional, and the teachers will all be gone besides a few just in the lodge. " So now there really was no way of backing out.

"How do you know they're going on a hike and it's optional?" Curious of his sources.

"Calum's sister. Anyways, see you then." Luke had already dashed passed me before I could collect my thoughts together. Once everything was pretty much back to work, I continued my disrupted way to the cabin.

I finally reached inside, and saw Rose sitting on top of her bunk, doing nothing but fiddling with her pencil and sketchbook on her lap. She looked up at me with wide eyes and said, "Sarah it was the girls I promise you I tried stop-"

"It's okay Rose, it's not your fault. " I walked over to our bunk. "Would you mind shielding me so I could change?"

She chuckled, and hopped off her bed, "Yeah, sure. " She closed her eyes, and I placed the shower curtain in her hands, holding it up. I dried myself off, and pulled on the outfit that was sitting on my bed that the girls had taken from the bathroom.

Finally comfortable, Rose and I sat on her bunk staring at the door of the cabin. "So did you hear about the game of truth or dare?" She shifted so now she was facing me.

"Yeah, Ashton had told me. "

"Who's idea was it in the first place? I mean to me it doesn't really sound like they'd be that into it. "

"Well, Ashton told me Luke was dying to play it. " Of course he was. In some ways, I still thought Luke had feelings for me. Like, when he asked me to come here. Almost as if he was obligating me to come. I wasn't in the mood for it. These games frightened me, as they always ended up with someone getting hurt.

We sat there in a silence, and I decided to take a nap. Sleeping, was really a hobby. I needed it in fact. I didn't know what time it was, but I heard voices and people asking me to get up. I looked through the little window inside the cabin, and saw that the night had already came. I was assuming it was dinner time. Again like the previous meal, our cabins were trailed out to the dining hall. This time when you walked out, the air was cooler, and the sky was glimmering with stars. The woods ahead, were dark and stranded. As much as I loved the nighttime, it still somehow frightened in a way. The air sent chills down my spine, and I felt the need to get inside quickly.

Dinner went by pretty quick, they made a few announcements of possible activities to do through out the week. And the boys wouldn't shut up about tonight. By the time we walked out the door, I trembled. I was shaking, from the air and from my nervousness inside my stomach. They didn't exactly tell me which girls were going to be there.

By the time we reached the cabin was when they shared out the word about the night hike. They did say it was optional, but that if you weren't going then you would have to stay inside your cabin alone for a while before everyone got back. Ha. They asked who wanted to go, and a few girls raised their hands. I assumed the girls that didn't shoot their hands up, were stuck playing truth or dare with me. The pit in my stomach didn't help. I was back to shaking, and sweating. I wanted to run to the bathroom. But, they were already starting to get ready to go.

Once the girls got in appropriate clothes for the hike, they head out the cabin door allowing the chill air to enter. I spied through the window next to the bunk across from me and Rose's. Many kids were outside, all bundled and huddled with their cabin. The teachers began giving lists to each other, to see who was going and who wasn't. Once my English teacher made a few rules clear, I saw them head the opposite direction of the beach. They drifted off into the woods, no longer to be seen.

I quickly heard a knock at our door, and made my way to it. I could see blurred figures through the fuzzy glass. Making no hesitation, I opened it. I saw Luke and Ashton standing there, shivering, and giggling.

"Hey, so you guys want to head over now?" Luke seemed to be talking to everyone in the cabin. There was really no one, except for me, Rose, Melanie, Helena, Courtney, Samantha, and Claire. Great I was stuck with all these girls. They looked up and smiled, seeming in sync. All of them were blonde, except for Helena who had pin straight light brown hair. I sighed, and walked out with Rose, who was curious to see the visitors at the door behind me.

The chill air hit me again, me shivering more than ever. I heard giggles and voices whispering to each other. I turned to see the five girls, huddled and arms linked behind me. I rolled my eyes, and by then we had hit their cabin. They opened the door for us, and we walked inside seeing Calum and Michael sitting on the floor towards the back door, and far bunk which in our cabin me and Rose slept in. I saw a few bottles and thought, really? Me getting even more worried, I just hurried and took a seat next to Michael. Everyone else soon joined it.

Now we were arranged in a circle; Calum across from me, Luke on one side, and Courtney, Claire, and Samantha on the other. Next to Luke were Helena and Melanie, then Ashton who sat next to Rose, then me. On the other side of Claire, was Michael who sat on my other side.

"Okay, let's get this game started." Luke said after taking his first sip of beer.
