Another few minutes passed before Philip came back inside, still holding his stomach. John ran over to him and hugged him, "PHILIP PHILIP PHILIP PHILIP!!!!"
Philip managed to let out an, "Okayyy, okayyyy," before Laf pulled John off of him. "Glad to see you too."
John tried mocking Philip and Laf, "NOt ThAt bAd?"
Philip repeated, "NOt ThAt bAd," and laughed, which made his stomach hurt worse. "Ffffff..... Okayyyy...." He looked over at Alex, "Um, why is he holding a turtle? Scratch that, what is J doing?" J had his arms wrapped around Alex's neck from behind while Alex was holding Tuck.
Alex looked up at Philip, "I-uh-noth-nothing?"
"Okay, but now you have to explain that and what happened earlier."
Laf looked at Philip, confused, "What happened earlier?"
J answered, "Uh- nothing- what are you talking about?"
Philip looked at J, who was mouthing, 'Please no, please...' then said, "Maybe I'll tell you eventually, they need to explain first." Philip smirked at J. J sighed and whispered, "Oh jeez... What have I done..."
Philip walked over to the couch and sat down before asking, "Wait what day is it?"
Laf checked his phone, "Thursday, why?"
     "Crap! No! School!"
Alex looked over at him, "Uh, sorry to have to tell you this, but you'll have to miss tomorrow also to heal, I'm sure you'll be fine to go back Monday."
"N-No! I have to go back tomorrow! All the work! I've missed so much already!"
"Philip, calm down!" John said, "I'll go tomorrow and stop by all your classes to get all the work you've missed and you can do it over the weekend if you want."
     "O-Okay... Yeah..."
J checked his phone, "It's getting kinda late, you should probably get rest."
"How late is 'kinda late'?" John responded.
     "It's almost 11:30pm already."
     "Oh, right..."
J took Tuck back from Alex, put him away, then sat on the couch,"Maybe you can hold him more tomorrow?"
Alex smiled and nodded then walked to one of the guest rooms.
John walked off in search of another room, "Guess everyone's staying here tonight." Laf followed him, hoping he could find a room along the same path.
Philip stood up and started walking away before J called out, "Uh Philip?"
Philip turned back before answering, "Yessss?"
"A-about earlier... Wh-what do you think?"
"Oh. Uh, what do you mean 'what do I think'?"
"Fine.. I guess just what would it take for you to not tell anyone..."
Laf walked back in, "Not tell anyone what?"
They both jumped in shock, then J asked, "How long have you been here!? How much have you heard!?!"
     "I-I think the whole thing?"
"Ohhhh jeez... Uhhhh.... Crap, Philip what do we do..."
"The decision is yours, you started this whole ordeal. I'm not forcing anything on you."
"I gu-guess I should tell h-him... Better sooner than later..." He took a deep breath before continuing, "Uh... earlier... When Philip came outside to get help for you and John... He- He walked out on... on me and Alex... making out..." His face reddened a little and he sighed before hiding his face in his hands.
"But you only just met Alex, no?"
J nodded while answering, "I know, I don't know how it happened, it just did..."
"Okay... I need to sleep, but tomorrow you should probably explain this... Either more to me, or maybe to everyone... It's not good to keep secrets..."
"You're right... Night Laf..."
"Night," Laf headed out again.
Philip looked over at J, "Wasn't expecting you to actually tell him, but nice job."
"Th-thanks...," J stayed still, keeping his face in his hands.
Philip walked over to him and sat next to him, then slowly took J's hands away from his face, looking at him, causing his face to redden more.
"I won't tell anyone if you don't want me to, okay?"
J slowly nodded then said, "Thanks.. again.."
"Yep... We should probably get to sleep, I'm sure it's past midnight by now..."
"Y-yeah, see you in the morning," he headed off to find a room.
"See you in the morning," Philip fell asleep on the couch.
