Leah's life (a Once Upon a Time fanfic)

Chapter 16

"Leah, you can't!" August said.

"Look, you have to come back or at least she your dad at some point, " I said.

"Ok.. Wait someone's coming go!" He said.

"It's probable my mom and your dad, and possible Emma," I said.

"No, it's not I can see her. It's that girl that I told you about that had cancer," he said.

"Ok I'll go find Mary Marget," I said and kissed him in the cheek and when out the window.

I walked through the woods and back to the road. I saw mom, Japeto, and Emma walking down the road so I just went back to the woods. When I got there I saw August running to a car. I ran after him but I was too late he was gone. I ran back to the woods and grabbed Emma.

"Leah, where's August?" Emma asked.

"He ran away," I said.

"Where?" she asked.

"Who knows. He probably going anywhere he can," I said.

"But why?" mom cut in.

"Because he doesn't want to see Japeto," I said.

"Why doesn't he want to see his father?" Japeto cut in.

"He's wood again and he's scared to face you," I told him.

"There's no stopping a troubled person. Trust me come on let's get back to town," Emma said.

We all walked back to the town hall and found Henry, David, and Neil outside surrounding something. I ran and pushed my self through them. I put my hand over my mouth and started to cry. They where surrounding August. He was hardly breathing. I fell to the ground and held him close.

"August, please, don't leave me," I whispered.

"Leah," he said with all his might, "I love you."

"I love you too," I said.

"Beware of her beware of...." he said and he stopped breathing.

I couldn't move all I could do was cry. Mom and Dad helped me off the ground and held me close. I turned around and Japeto was holding August.

"Leah, who was the she August was warning you about," Emma asked.

"I don't have any idea. I'm sorry," I told her.

The blue fairy came and turned him back into a the boy he was before the curse.  I didn't say any thing to him I just ran home and threw myself on my bed.

Short flash back

It had be a week since August kind of died. I was feeling a bit better. Henry and I woke up at 5:45. 

"Henry would you like to help make make the pancakes with me?" I asked.

"Sure! What kind are we making?" he said.

"What kind would you like?" I asked.

"Banana blueberry chocolate chip," he said.

"Alrighty then! Let's get cooking," I said.

We made a mess of the kitchen and ourselves. But the pancakes turned out great! I had Henry set the table will I plated. We poured everyone drinks. Just as we finished the powdered sugar we heard foot steps. Mom, Dad, and Emma sat at the table with us and ate.

"I'm going to go see if they need help cooking at Granny's. I'll be home at 1, ok?" I said.

"Yep have fun," he said.

I laughed and grabbed my coat and I decided to walk. I walked past Japeto's shop and Pinocchio waved, I waved back. I could feel I tear in my eye. I wiped it way and entered Granny's.

"Hey Red, you guys need any help?" I asked.

"A sure you could help Granny with plating and cooking," she said.

"Great," I replied.

I hung up my coat and walked in the back.

"Hey Granny, how are you?" I asked.

"Better if I wasn't over a hot stove," she said.

"That's what I'm here for. You plate I'll cook," I said and we switched spots.

"Thank you Leah. By the way did you here Regina is missing?" she said.

"I think I heard Emma talking about it," I said and started cooking.

We didn't talk much more after that. I cooked the morning away. I walked out of the kitchen and Emma and Neil ran in the restaurant.

"Leah come with us," Emma said.

"Ok," I said and grabbed my coat.

"Where are we going?" I asked.

"To the beach to get to the bottom of Regina's absents," Emma replied.

"Let me guess, this has something to do with Tamara," I said.

"Yep," Neil said.

"You have something that belongs to Regina," I asked.

"Here," Emma said and handed me a earring.

I cast a tracking spell on it. We follows it to the Sardine Shop. It stopped moving and I grabbed it. As we walked inside we heard foot steps Emma pull out her gun and I held a blue ball of fire. It turned out to be Mom and Dad. They went to find Regina and we looked for Gregg and Tamara. A gun shot came out of no where and hit Neil. Tamara had shot him as she started a portal.

"There's no way to escape," she said.

The when the portal opened I was on one side and they where on the other Neil was going to fall in. I tried to get over to help Emma pull him up. When I tried my foot slipped and I fell in. I landed on a beach. Then I felt someone next to me. I looked over and saw that it was Neil. Before I could look around I fainted.
