We kept digging in Neal's cave to find anything we could.

"Wow," Emma said.

"What's wrong,"Mom asked.

"Looks like Neal Kept track of his days on the Island," I said.

"Ya but look. He stopped counting," she said.

"Cause he got off the island," Mom said.

"No, because he lost hope," Emma said.

"How would you know," Regina asked.

"Because its what I did, every time I got to a new foster home. I counted the days until counting seemed pointless," she said.

"Ya I used to write everything I did in one day so that I could give it to you guys until I turned 20 and lost hope I would ever find you after looking for so long,' I said.

"Do you think that's what's happening to Henry," dad asked.

"Pan said that it would," Emma said.

"Hey, we are going to rescue him," Dad said.

"Ya, I know that and you know that but Henry doesn't. Pan wants them to lose faith," Emma said.

"So what, you want to send him a message? Because I haven't seen a Neverland post office anywhere," Regina said.

"Ya what are you suggesting here Emma," I said.

"We take a page out of Pan's book, we start thinking clever. we need to send a simple Sign. A sign that lets them know we are coming to save him.

"Yeah with lost boys coming around trying to kill us all," Regina said.

"Well maybe it's time we use that to our advantage," Mom said.

"How," Regina asked.

"Follow me, I'll show you," Mom said.

"A trap? That's your plan," Regina asked as we all sat around braiding vine for ropes.

"The lost boys what to come after us, we have to go after them," Mom said.

"You really thing a lost boy is going to betray Pan," Hook asked.

"Thanks for the advice. David, we need more vine," Mom said.

"On it," he said.

"I'll go with you," I said.

"Your coming with us too, Pirate," Dad said.

"And why is that," Hook asked.

"Because we need more rope," Emma said.

"If the lady insists," He said and bowed.

I grabbed the back of his jacket and dragged him into the woods.

"You are the biggest idiot I've ever seen," I said and abruptly let go of his jacket.

Dad started to grab vines and I joined him.

"What would you like to yell at me about now, Dave? Seems your daughter has started us off," Hook said.

"Stay the hell away from my daughter," David said.

"Well, she can take care of herself.she doesn't need your parenting. Which is a good thing," Hook said.

"What does that mean," Dad asked.

"Watch what you say next pirate, our my father won't be the only one pissed off at you," I said.
