Chapter 17: The Search

Chapter 17 (Stephen's P.O.V)

I had ran after the car but it sped away and i was already a 100 meters back. I smelt Nikcole and her kidnappers i saw here hazel eyes shine in moonlight as they shoved her in to white car. I started running but they were all the way on the other side of the parking Lot. I shifted and followed. They went down a couple streets with no people around then they turned on a public street filled with people. I couldn't be exposed.  i watched through the trees in what direction they left when the car turned to a small white dot in the black of the night. I ran back and called everyone from the pack using the mind link. Pack meeting NOW!  Everyone was asking questions some complaining.

That was two days ago i have search parties everywhere looking for here 10 miles in every direction from where i saw the car last. I was in the main house pacing pulling my hair out from the routes. No one has seen her and her scent was washed out in the rain. I had packs around the California, Arizona, and Oregon areas to keep a look out. I had members in airports bus stations in case they tried to move somewhere else. To sum it up i don't know where the hell she is and I'm going nuts or close to it. I haven't eaten or slept in the past 48 hours. I looks like i gain ten years in the past two days I'm getting a beard my eyes are droopy and darting everywhere. I feel her somewhere in me at times.. Trying to say something. God i am going mad.

There was a knock at the door i could smell Jace behind the heavy mahogany door.

"Come in." He came in slowly observing my apperence.

"Well?!" I snapped at him with impatience and flinched back.

"Threres a trail found with her scent its faint but its there." He stumbling over the words as if I'd strike him if he didn't speak fast enough.

"Okay thank you." He turned to leave.

"Jace?" He turned immediately turned.

"Sorry for yelling at you.." I looked down at my shoes an alpha should never apologize.

"Its fine Stephen, I know ww'll find her." He smiled halfheartedly wanting to believe his words as much as i wanted to.

i forced a halfhearted smile.

Then Ryder busted through the door, water droplets on his clothes and floating around his hair and eyelashes and i heard the thunder.

"Alpha theres a note." He handed ma letter with my name written on the front in cursive lettering. I open it and there was five small little words written on the center:

You for her or War.

OMG you guys i apologize for such a long wait and the shittest chappie on wattpad.. Ive been busy the Internet is weird & im not the only one in my house so its hard to get on here often. BUT (its one of those good buts(:) Two weeks of school left which means more dedication and a new book thats good (hopefully) im going to edit the all shittyness that is Falling for the Jerk ( not my best smh..) So dont give up on me yet im not going to be one of those writers that dont upload for YEARS?! Have commitment no?
