Chapter 21 Darkness

"Hi Em" said a voice. I looked up and saw Harry.

"Harry" I pulled him into a hug

"How are the Weasley's?"

"They're hanging in there" he said sitting down"

"And how are you, in your letter you said you saw Bellatrix."

"I'm fine, it's just god Em it's been hard, this family takes me And because of me there house gets burned down."

"Harry you and I are in the same boat kind of, no matter what we will always stand with you and be there with you no matter the situation. We love you Harry" I got up and hugged him tight.

"Thank you Emily" he said I kissed his head and we went to sit with our friends.

I was walking the hall with Hermione and we saw Ron and Lavender together being sickly cute. Hermione and I scrunched up our faces and went another way to positions.

I walked over to Draco. "Hi Draco" I said quietly

"Emily" he nodded

"How was your Christmas?" I asked

"Nothing to report I jut stayed here"

"Oh, well thank you for my bracelet I love it" I said Showing him.

"Okay partner up" Slughorn said "Wembee with Finnigan, Thomas and Crab, O'Brian with Malfoy." He said and split the rest of the class up.

I sat down next to Draco got started. "Can I ask you something?"

"Sure" he said

I leaned in and whispered "have you seen my parents?"

"This is not the time nor the place to discuss such things" he whispered

"Meet me at the owlry after class I need to send a letter to Aiden anyway." I said

I waited for Draco and I looked out the balcony and it was just so beautiful here. Someone tapped me on the shoulder. I jumped and turned to see Draco.

I put the letter on the table and pulled out a string and tied it to Persephone's let and watched her fly away.

"Have you seen my parents?"

"Yes" he said

"How is my mom?"

"She seems okay, as okay as you can be around Voldemort."

"Draco can you do me another favor,"

"Sure" he said

"next time you see my mom tell her I love her"

"I'll try"

"That all I ask" I said I got on my tip toes and hugged him.

"I'm sorry I didn't get you anything for Christmas."

"Your friendship is good enough for me" he pulled me into a hug.

Days have gone by without a letter from Aiden and I was starting to get worried. I laid in bed looking up at the ceiling playing with the ring on my finger, thinking about Aiden.

I was woken up by Hermione.

"What?" I grumbled putting the pillow over my head.

"Ron is in the hospital wing" he said I got dressed and we ran down to the hospital wing.
