-"The Elongated Man"
-"Carnival" characters, such as "Ragdol."
-"Samurai"
4) The Flash ring (similar to what the Reverse Flash used for his costume) could be used this season. (No guarantees, but clues.)
5) Stephen Amell (The Arrow) has said that he wants Oliver to fight some "Flash" villains. (Another team up?...)
6) Takes place 6 months into the future.
7) "Vibe" and "Kid Flash" battle the first villain.
