Chapter 13 - Looking Back

SeHun gazed at the picture with utmost love in his eyes. "Guess what? Today I had a hard time trying to find these forget-me-nots for you. Luckily someone helped me out. Do you like them? They look really beautiful, huh?" He paused, "Oh yes, the person who helped me out? She's a new friend that I met and her name is GaHye. It's amazing and you won't believe it. GaHye and you look so alike! Very very alike! You remember the family farm? We always wanted to have our own lot there, and I finally rented it after you left. You know the little yams I told you last time? Anyway, I actually met GaHye for the first time at the farm. What a coincidence. When I first saw her, I thought...she was you." SeHun chuckled softly.

MiNa, in the picture, seemed to be gazing at SeHun at the same time and quietly listening to him.

SeHun's smile froze a bit, "Forgive me, MiNa. I admit that the moment I saw GaHye, I...had a crush on her. Even until now, my feeling to her is still struck in my heart, although I realize she can never be mine, because...she's married. Is it because she looks so much like you? *Flashback*

Two years ago

SeHun sat uneasily in the lecture hall. He was extremely exhausted and in distressing mood. He did not believe he could do well in his exam; he had no confidence at all.

"This is the final exam of the Postgraduate Certificate in Laws (PCLL)." The invigilator announced. "The exam will be 4 hours long. Please have all your supplies ready and lay out on your desk, and put all your other belongings up in the front of the hall. Remember all cell phones must be switch off, and must be put in the front of the hall as well."

Flocks of people were busy organizing their stationery and belongings. They paced back and forth to settle down themselves. SeHun took out his cell phone and stared at it. Finally, he hardened his heart to reach for the on/off button. Just at this moment, his cell phone rang.

Only by two seconds, he will miss this call.

SeHun saw the incoming number and nervously answered. He did not say a word and listened tensely. His face turned horribly pale. Abruptly, he jumped up and scrambled all his belongings into his bag and ran out the door. He stumbled and almost fell.

People in the hall were stunned by his act. The invigilator shouted, "Exam is starting in 5 minutes! Are you taking the exam or not?"

SeHun did not hear it at all. At this time, there was only one person in his mind.

SoJin put down the phone and sighed. Her mother walked out to the hallway, "Did you really call SeHun? I told you not to! He has to take the exam!"

"Mum, we have to tell him." SoJin shook her head, "We can't let SeHun regret it! He'll feel bad for the rest of his life!"

Her mother caressed her face with trails of tears, "But it is always your sister's wish that SeHun can pass through all the exams and become a lawyer. It is SeHun's dream. MiNa supports him all the way, even when she's so sick, she never gives up, just because she wants to see SeHun getting his profession!"
