GaHye finished playing a piece at the piano. She felt someone was watching her from behind. She turned around and found ChanYeol gazing at her. "ChanYeol?"

Her call woke up him. He was deeply attracted by her music and charming expression when she was at the piano. "Oh...very good." He clapped.

"Thank you." GaHye smiled and stood up.

"I didn't know you play piano so well. You are a professional pianist." ChanYeol praised.

There were many things of her that he did not know. GaHye bit her lips.

"I guess I never really sit down and hear you play the piano. My apology." ChanYeol said.

"It's never too late." GaHye was glad; at least ChanYeol cared.

They fell in silence.

"GaHye." He picked up her hands, "I've got a gift for you." He took out a tiny box.

She opened it and found a pretty glistening crystal bear.

ChanYeol peeked at the clock and said gently, "It's just passed midnight. Today is our first anniversary."

"Thanks for the gift. And, thanks for remembering it." GaHye smiled sweetly, "Hm, I've got a gift for you too. Wait." She paced upstairs to get it. Soon, she ran back.

It was a prestige pen. ChanYeol appreciated this practical gift, "Thanks!"

They were both happy about the gift exchange.

ChanYeol softly stroked her face. Her long curly lashes shyly tipped down. "GaHye." He uttered, "Can I kiss you?"

Her face turned red as she closed her eyes. He lifted up her chin and dropped his kiss on her. He tenderly caressed her tiny lips. She hung her arms over his neck. She missed his lips; she missed his warmth. It had been exactly 365 days since he last kissed her. It was a long and heart rendering wait.

They slowly parted. ChanYeol looked into her eyes.

"ChanYeol, it's Christmas soon. I have a two weeks holiday off school." GaHye said softly.

"That's the nice thing about being a teacher." He chuckled.

"I know you're going to Switzerland for business trip soon." GaHye gazed at him, "Hm, can I come along with you? I really want to travel around."

That sounds so familiar!

"You can finish your work first. Then, we can...stay behind for a few days. We can go skiing. It's going to be a relaxing holiday...just the two of us." GaHye whispered shyly. She was making it quite clear that she was hoping for a romantic getaway with her husband.

"GaHye, I..." He hesitated. He just promised another woman yesterday on the exact same matter.

"ChanYeol." Her cheeks flushed, "We're married for more than a year now. What...do you think about...me so far?"

"GaHye, you are good. Frankly, you are good." ChanYeol said sincerely.

She felt sweet.

ChanYeol looked at her innocent face. Firstly, he had already promised JiEun to bring her along. Secondly, GaHye was trying her best to hint. Of course ChanYeol was not dumb. He knew their trip to Switzerland would be their belated honeymoon. He totally expected what to happen. ChanYeol hesitated. He understood that he began to develop some feelings towards GaHye. Yet, at this moment, he was still unsure of himself. He was uncertain of his love to GaHye. Before he can confirm himself, he did not want to build any true relationship with GaHye. He did not want to hurt her.
