After breakfast, ChanYeol pushed GaHye back to sleep for a bit, while he began to prepare for something. He just had a plan on how to spend this precious sweet special day with GaHye, to celebrate for their...first day in love.
"Where are you bringing me?" GaHye smiled as ChanYeol paced her to get into the car.
He blinked mysteriously and started the car. They headed towards the suburbs and up the hill.
"Here we are." He hopped off and opened the door for her.
"What are we doing here?" She wondered.
"Duh!" He showed her the trunk. It was all filled with food and picnic stuffs.
She laughed, "We're having a picnic? When did you prepare all these?"
"The maids did." He said.
"Alright, you didn't even put any effort into it." She curled her lips and pretended to be mad.
"I did at least one thing...the most important thing." ChanYeol took out one red rose hidden behind the picnic basket, "For you, my majesty."
She smiled sweetly and pecked his face, "Thanks."
ChanYeol cheered, "Ok, now you got to help out and take the stuffs out. We need to carry them and find a picnic spot!"
"How far do we have to walk?" She peeked out and around them were nothing but bushes and trees.
"Hm, let me see. I think...I believe..." ChanYeol flipped the map.
GaHye whined, "I'm scared. I am not going to follow you..."
"Oops, sorry Mrs. Park. Too late now. You have to follow me." ChanYeol held her hand and gazed at her, "Follow me, any time, anywhere, for the rest of your life."
She laughed and hooked his arm.
They walked along the trail, quite far up the hill, and finally found a good spot to have the picnic.
"Woo. Nice fresh air." ChanYeol stretched his arms and yawned. They lay out a big plastic mat on the grass and put all the food and stuffs on it.
"You look very comfy." GaHye smiled and soothed ChanYeol's hair. He had his head on her lap and stared at the blue sky.
ChanYeol opened his mouth and asked to be fed.
She ripped some bread and stuck in his mouth. He munched and munched.
"It's like feeding a pigeon." She giggled sweetly.
"Pigeons don't have the luck to enjoy red wine." He mumbled and pointed at a plastic bottle.
"What? You actually brought red wine? Gosh you sure know how to enjoy life. I thought it was just raspberry juice." GaHye patted him, "Get up and drink, or it will spill and stain over all your t-shirt."
He begged, "You can sip some, and feed to my mouth..."
"ChanYeol how can you be so lazy..."
They stayed at the picnic area for a long time and finished all the food and wine. If it wasn't for the weather, which was turning chilly and windy, they would have not left at all. They simply wanted to stick together; every moment they had with each other.
"Alright, got to go back now." They cleaned up and left.
On their way out, GaHye puffed out, "Wow we actually walked a long way to have the picnic. Now we have to go all the way back."
