now mine doesnt look that fancy. but i started it to help with therapy. it keeps my days straight for me and then i can just see how i'm doing over a month.

so thats mine. i had 2 days where i wasnt sure how i was feeling. it wasnt i was feeling ify it was just that i was super happy half the day and pretty depressed the other half. i decided to make an over view of it yesterday
