Chapter Eighteen: Chances

JUNGKOOK'S POV

~Flashback~

"W-what are you s-saying? I can't understand why you're being like this Kookie..." She asked, different emotions was present on her face, but confusion is most noticeable.

"I am w-worried be-because I fucking care about you! I-I.... Aishhhh!!! Fuck this...

I LOVE YOU DAMN IT!"

~Present time~

Gulping down the huge lump in my throat, I look at her straight in the eyes as I told her those words, and yet she's still frozen from her spot.

"Z-Zia??? Are you list-"

"Hahaha... Y-you're joking r-right?!" She asked.

"No. I'm not. Zia just liste-"

"You got to be kidding! T-that's just impossible! How will you fall in love with a loser like me?!?! It just don't makes sense at all!!!" She told me, rambling on and on about her not being worthy.

"THAT'S BULLSHIT! WOULD YOU PLEASE LISTEN FIRST ZIA!!!" I exploded, making her stop talking.

"You aren't a loser, alright? Actually I'm the one who's a piece of shit that will never be worthy of you." I added, walking towards her to close the distance between us.

"You are a person who is sweet, caring, kind, smart; there's so much to tell about you but can't be described only in words." I brushed her hair out of her face and tucked it behind her ear, looking at those beautiful brown orbs that stare right back at me.

"You never knew how much I wanted you to be mine, but I just needed time to tell you what I truly feel." I brushed my thumb against her right cheek, looking at her lovingly.

"I love you Princess. I want to take care of you and break your walls to help you experience how wonderful living is. I won't let the past happen again, I swear with my life to protect you with everything I have, only if you'd let me." I let it all out, my heart is beating so fast that I almost can't breath. Nervous, but I tried my best to hide it infront of her.

"J-Jungkook I-I... I don't know w-what to say. P-please give me ti-"

Held her head between my hands and kissed her forehead.

"I understand Princess. I knew you would be needing time for this. But thank you for considering my feelings towards you. I love you Zia." I smiled at her. It felt good having to tell her everything. I guess what I can do now is to show her how much I am willing to give it my all just to make her as mine. MINE... It has a nice ring to it don't you think?

ZIA'S POV

I can see the sincerity in his eyes and through his actions. My heart had been hammering against my chest all through out, it felt like it was about to burst out of my chest.

He's sweet, caring, protective and all. I never knew his feelings would be like this. I should have known from all the sweet gestures, I guess I've been torturing him from being clueless about it. I would like to give this a chance. Many times had my heart seemed to beat fast when I'm with him, but I have to see for myself what I truly felt. 'Just a bit more time Kookie... I don't want to be reckless and say yes just to end up hurting you if I realized that I made the wrong decision." I thought to myself.

"Thank you Kook-ah understanding me. For everything and loving me, I want to thank you for that as well." I told him while looking straight to his eyes.
