Chapter Five: Meet the squad

JUNGKOOK'S POV

First day to enter my new school. I just got out of the front door when I heard a loud honk. I saw Jimin Hyung rolled down his side of the car's window. His head peeked out of the car, waved and shouted: "HOP IN JUNGKOOK!"

Delighted by the idea, I ran straight to the car, almost opening the backseat door when he stopped me. Confused of the sudden order, I asked: "Waeyo?"

"Why are you opening the back door of the car?" he asked.

"Well Zia must have been with you right? So I'll take the backseat and she'll sit at the front beside you." I defended.

"Ahh... So you assumed that she's here? Tough luck bud she's already at school, earlier than usual today. I think there is a project that is needed to be completed because the deadline is at their first period." he explained.

"Ohhh... Is that so? I'll sit at the front then." Seemingly disappointed of Zia's absence, I opened the car door and sat beside him.

"Gwenchana? You seemed disappointed kookie...😏" he said while wiggling his eyebrows.

"A-Ani!!! I'm not- It's not what you- I just assumed she's here that's all! Don't get any ideas just because of it hyung!" I replied, stuttering.

"Arraseo~ I understand completely. kekeke" he teased.

"Ahh hyung!!!" I whined, flustered.

He laughed and stepped on the gas, now on our way to school.

During our drive we talked about many things. Like, why is he working at such a young age? He's like a year older than me! And I also asked if he's not studying anymore.

I've learned that Jiminie hyung attends the same school as Zia and I. It's just that he fixed his own schedule in school and at work that's why there are days that he don't attend school because he is working. What made me more at awe of him is that he is working to gain money for Zia's tuition because he wanted to help their dad to take it easy on earning money in the U.S. I never thought such a playful hyung would carry that kind of responsibility at the age of 18. He's a very dependable hyung; I admire him for that.

Arriving to the school parking, we got out and made our way inside the campus. It's still early to go to class so he told me that he'll introduce me to his friends first.

Nervous that I might embarrass Jimin hyung in front of his friends, I panicked and thought of the possible ways that could ruin their first impression on me.

Not noticing that we arrived in their secret hideout, Jiminie hyung suddenly stopped and caused me to bump my nose on his back. *ouch*

*screech screech*
The door of the old classroom was opened and there I saw five boys playing around. Hearing the noise that was caused by the door, they looked up and immediately smiled towards Jimin hyung.

"CHIMCHIM!!!!!" they screamed and ran towards him.

They dragged him inside completely neglecting my presence *sniff sniff😭*, and throw questions at him. They seem to adore him just by looking at the scene infront of me. Well, what's not to love anyway? (It's true tho! Right? -author nim)

Jimin said something to them and they immediately looked my way. *gulp*

All of them walked towards me with blank faces, they seemed scary when they're like this; very different from mood they've had earlier.

Suddenly the tall man stopped and spoke in a low voice, but with a kind smile: "Come on in, this is your first time with BTS, right?"
(suddenly sings the lyrics from 'DOPE': AYO LADIES AND GENTLEMEN, wohooo~ sorry I can't help it! Anyway proceed!😁 -author nim)

They all gave me a 'bro hug' welcoming me into the group. All of them introduced theirselves after we stopped hugging.

The man who spoke from before introduced himself first: "The name's Namjoon. You can call me Rapmon or Rapmonster and I'm the leader of the group. Welcome to the squad kid!" I thanked him.

Next person to speak is the good looking one with the broad shoulders, "Hi, I'm Jin! I'm the oldest member of the group and acts as the eomma for these kids don't know how to act like real grown ups. I advise you not to let their childishness rub off on you because it's hard enough to raise five idiots, and by idiots, I mean them." He nagged at them while talking to me. I chuckled and nodded.

"Hey kid, don't disturb me in my sleep and we'll get along just fine. I'm Yoongi, but you can call me Suga. And you seem cool so we're good, continue that and you'll be swag kid!" the one with a fair skin, gummy smile, but charismatic aura says. "Ne~ hyung!" i exclaimed.

The next one smiles a lot from the moment the others were talking, up until it's his turn to speak: "Hi chingu! I'm your hope! I'm J-Hope! But the real name is Hoseok." He suddenly hugged me and I hugged back.

Last, but not the least, is the man with a rectangular smile, imagining such smile may be weird, but this man made it attractive. "Hello chingu! My name is Taehyung, you can call me 'V' as in 'Victory'" making a peace sign; smiling his mischievous smile.

They were scary before, but now I can see why Jiminie hyung want me to meet them. They're very cool hyungs.

A thought popped in my head and so I said: "Jiminie hyung, are they friends with Zia too?!"

Jimin hyung's eyes almost popped out of their sockets and was mouthing words that I can't understand.

Confused as I was, all the hyungs asked: "Who is Zia?!?! Is that your girlfriend?!?"

Totally bewildered by their question, I replied immediately: "What? Of course not! She's Jiminie hyung's sister!"

Baffled by the new information, they had a blank expression on their faces. They turned to Jimin hyung who seemed nervous, then shouted: "YAH! HOW COULD YOU HIDE THAT FROM US?!!" They continued throwing questions at him until Jimin hyung told them to stop.

"I have my reasons you know! And I promised Zia that I wouldn't tell anyone!" he defended.

"Then how come the maknae knew?!!" they asked.

"Because we're neighbors!" he replied.

They again gathered around him and smacked him many times.

"Enough, I'll tell you the reason, I promise!" he whined.

"Okay, but we have to meet her, and that's it, no objections!" Namjoon hyung declaired. The others shouted how they agree with his decision.

"Shit, Zia's gonna kill me! Kookie paboya!" he said, defeated by the agreement made.

"Mianhae hyung~" I think did him wrong. Shit!😅 Stupid mouth can't you just shut up! *sighs*

Well it's nice to see that I'm going to be friends with them, because they're fun to be with. BTS huh... I guess crazy school days are about to happen! Hwaiting!😎
