JUNGKOOK'S POV

"ZIA!!!!!" I screamed at the top of my lungs. The nurses and the doctors pulled me back and ripped me away from the door, with the last glimpse, I saw the love of my life until the doors completely closed shut.

Everyone was devasted as unexpected event unfolds right before their eyes. Jin hyung was whimpering in Namjoon hyung's arms. Loriel was wailing with Taehyung tryung to keep strong in her stead, but he himself can't help but to mourn for a dear friend that might have possibly lose her life tonight. Millions of knives seemed to stab my chest repeatedly.

Hoseok hyung kept rocking back and forth as he was curled into a ball weeping. Yoongi hyung kept banging the white walls as cried his eyes out, he couldn't take it to his heart to see the one he loved so much is nearing death sooner than he thought.

Last but not the least is the family that is mourning for the life of their lost angel. I knew they've suffered long and hard ever since they left U.S. But having to be in the same terrifying ride all over again, I knew they've been hurting the most. Pd-nim helped Jimin to calm her mother down because he, himself, is not in the steady state to relieve her from the pain.

All of us witness death right before us. Zia completely took hold of our lives and stirred it into a beautiful one when she finally showed the smile that we longed to see. A person who is behind all weakness is far more stronger than any of us. Without her we wouldn't be able to value each other enough to keep our bond stronger.

God forbid, if she would take her life I knew in myself that I would join her. So if she asked me again if I 'feared death', I would change what I've stated before into this:

Death may have been terrifying for most of us, but having to be in a world without her would be the most horrible way to live in. It's better off to die knowing she'll be with me in the afterlife, than to live life without the person who took hold of my heart, taking it with her. It's not different to a person who died physically, but it's much more horrifying to say that no chance would come again to bring her back to me.

Cold sweat slid down my face mixing together with the salty tears that wouldn't stop streaming. I messed up. I haven't done enough to protect her. She is an angel that was sent here to make me feel heaven on Earth. But I guess the heavens just lend me something precious by mistake and took her away faster than how she came into my life.

We prayed to ourselves to not lose hope and believe in her. I don't know if I could take it if all hope was taken away, because I, myself, is at the edge of falling apart. We've waited long despite the dead silence that lures around us.

Finally a doctor walked out, I stumbled upon him and asked about her condition.

"D-Doc how is she?" I asked, he sighed.

"What do you want to know first? The good news or the bad news?" He asked, I prepared myself mentally and glanced at the worried people behind me, I gulped and nodded.

"Good news Doc." I replied.

He fixed his coat and replied in hesitation.

"Well, the good news is we brought her back. She lost a huge amount of blood being caused by the rupture. I know earlier you've heard that her lifeline went down and let out a long beep, but I can assure you that her heart was pumped back into life again." His small smile turned ito a frown as he scanned her files.
