We watched cooking channels for sooooo long I fell asleep at some point and I don't even know what time that was. I woke up and my whole family was there.
"Mom, dad, what are you doing here so early?" I ask
"We finished work early." My mom said
"Oh, okay!" I say when I realize I feel great.
"Do I still have a fever?" I ask
My mom checks.
"Doesn't seem like it." She says
"Yessssssssssssssssssss!" I say
Then I see people looking like my biggest OTP from my favorite books. (A/N: PERCABETH! DO YOU ALL KNOW WHO THAT IS?!)
"Mom, did you just see OTP/N (OTP's Name) walk down the street?" I ask
"Honey, it's probably because you still have a little bit of hallucinations from having a fever." My mom says
For some reason, I see Zane walk down from his room, humming "All The Single Ladies" by Beyoncé .
"OH, ZU-ZU, I NEVER KNEW YOU LIKED QUEEN B!!!" My mom yells
"Oh, but I do!" Zane says cheerfully
Then they both started signing and dancing to the song.
"What in the world of-" I got cut off
My normally shy twin brother comes down the stairs with sunglasses looking like a complete bad boy.
"OH Y/N! Thank Irene I found you! I'm about to go ask Teodora out and I need you to be ready to console Dante when he sees 'his girl' kissing me." He says confidently
"Ummmm, sure? When will you go out to ask her?" I ask confused
"In maybe 20 minutes so Teodora can have time to look HOT in front of me." He says
"Does she know you'll ask her out?" I ask
"Nope." He says
"Then how will she know to wear something 'hot' as you call it?" I say
"She always does anyways." Garroth says, smirking and goes up to his room.
"What the actual he-" I was trying to finish my sentence when...
"Hey pretty face." I hear Laurance's voice and his hands snake around my waist from behind.
"Hi." I turn around and kiss him.
"You know, our Shadow Knights meeting starts soon." He says
"Excuse me?" I say
"Look, It's starting soon and I don't want to be late because of my girlfriend." He says
"When did we join, Laur?" I ask
"2nd day of high school. Don't you remember?" He asks
"Nope." I say
"Oh well. Get dressed." He says
"I am dressed."
"In the clothes." He says
"Umm, sure." I peck him on the cheek and go change.
I can clearly see which outfit I was supposed to wear. It was fully black.
