 I decided to instead of writing one of my normal chapters (they take way too long to write), I'll just write a Laurance x Reader one shot, MCD edition. So here you guys go! Enjoy!

Y/N's POV:

6 years ago. I was 21 years old. That was the last time I had seen you. Poor brother. You had told me you'd escape from the marriage. You knew it hurt me, but left anyway. I knew it was for the best, but it still hurt like hell. Now, I'm 27, and I have left to find you again. I escaped 3 months ago. Mommy knew, and she let me leave. It was only me, mom and Zane. Dad was also there, but he didn't qualify as a person anymore. Zane got worse with every beat of his heart. Mom and I were the only sane ones left. That's all the past. Thinking of all the times I fell asleep, my heart aching to hug you again, my cheeks stained with tears, it hurt me. That's the past and what's done is done. Garroth Ro'Meave was your original name. Who knows? Maybe you changed it for your safety. Walking towards the gates of a village, I think of you. Last time I saw you, you had blonde hair and eyes the color of the distant oceans I could only dream of visiting. You were much taller than me, even though we were twins. You would be 27, like me right now. You don't know what happened to me. Father banished me to the Nether and I even became their princess there for a while, that is, until I escaped, with difficulty. If I were to be a leader in that wretched place, that of course meant they had turned me. If you were to find out, you would probably hate me. I stop in front of the gates of the unknown village. I certainly hope they aren't in alliance with O'Khasis... It was now starting to get dark so I needed shelter, badly.

"Hello?" I ask

"My, my, and to what honor do I owe meeting such beauty?" Says a male voice

"Um, well I was wondering what the name of this village is?" I question

"Ah, this village is called Phoenix Drop. And you are...?" The voice asks

"I... um.... N/N." I finally decide on my nickname, not making it as obvious, hopefully

"Nice to meet you N/N. I'm Dante, one of the guards here." Dante introduces

"Nice to meet you too. I'm sorry if I sound rude or in a hurry, I just need somewhere to sleep so that nothing hurts me." I say

"Of course! Here." He opens the gates so I can enter the village of Phoenix Drop

"Thank you." I say

Once I entered the village, I finally got to get a good look at Dante. Blue hair, blue eyes, pretty cute.

"Anyways, let me introduce you to our lordess, Aphmau." He says gesturing for me to follow him deeper into the village

After about 5 minutes of walking, I arrive with Dante by my side, to what I assumed was lady Aphmau's house. 

"Here we are." He says and knocks

"Hi Lady Aphmau, I am sorry but this beauty here needs shelter." Dante explains to a dark haired, hazel eyed woman. 

"Alright Dante, thank you. Do you want to join us for dinner? Laurance, Garroth and I were in the middle of a meeting. You could join us too!" She says asking Dante and I at the same time

Garroth? My brother?

"Sure!" I say and Dante nods his head and we both head in.

First thing I notice is that the house is really purple.

Second thing, is a man with brown hair and a man with blond hair next to him. They were both in armor. The brunette was really handsome. But I turned my attention to the blond guard. It was you. There was no doubt. That same hair, same eyes. You showed more maturity than the last time I saw you. You looked at me with confusion in your eyes. The brunette looked at me too and he smiled at me. He got up and cleared his throat. 

"I'm Laurance, Laurance Zvahl. But you can call me yours." He says 

"Nice to meet you. I'm... N/N." I say

"Are you really though?" Says the same voice I remembered you having. Because of Laurance blocking my view I had to move my head to see you.

"I mean, yeah." I tell you

"I don't think she'd lie Garroth. And even if she did, we accepted you, even if your family was messed up." Dante says

"Dante! You weren't even here! You're new!" Aphmau says

"Well, beauty? What is your name? We won't judge." Laurance says

I look towards you, my brother and you nod in reassurance. I take a deep breath and say it.

"I'm Y/N Ro'Meave." I state

Laurance's jaw drops, Aphmau turns pale and even if Dante was behind me, I could tell he had forgotten how to breathe. 

"WHAT?!" Dante says

"I'm Y/N, Garroth's twin sister." I say

I run up to you and you hug me. I hug back and I realise just how much I missed you.

"Another Ro'Meave, huh?" Dante asks

"I find her pretty." Laurance says, making me blush

After talking out my past and eating dinner, I excuse myself and go outside, to take in the view of the ocean from the docks and to get some air.

It was very beautiful and quiet and after 3 months, I actually felt safe, and completed.

"Hey." I turn around to see Laurance, who sat down next to me

"Hey," I tell him back

"Are you a Shadow Knight?" He asks

"W-What?" I ask, all the feelings of safety now gone from my body

It's okay! I just want to know." He says

"Yes. I kind of got banished to the Nether by my father and they turned me and I was their princess for a while. Garroth doesn't know, please don't tell him." I plead

"Don't worry, I know how hard it is to tell someone that cares for you that you died and became one of those creepy armored people from a lava land." He says

"You're one too?!" I ask

"Sure am!" He says

"You are the first person that's been nice to me and that also is a Shadow Knight!" I say

He chuckles.

"How did you know I didn't mean harm?" I asked

"Oh please, I doubt a beauty like you would cause that much trouble. The worst thing you did tonight was make me fall. In love with you.~" He says flirtasiously

I blush so much, it feels like my face is being washed by the lava in the Nether. 

"L-Lauran-" He cuts me off by kissing me on the lips and I kiss back

After a while, he ends the kiss.

"And where are you sleeping?" He asks

"Oh my Irene I totally forgot!" I yell

"It's fine, you can just sleep in my bed. Next to me." He offers

"Sounds good." I say as he offers me a hand which I gladly take
