Chapter 17, Hello Sickness?!

Y/N's POV:

Today I woke up with a headache and I was also feeling a little nauseous. (That was me this morning actually.) I decided to drink water. It helped a tiny bit but not enough. I was too lazy and I didn't feel well enough to go downstairs to tell my family so I texted Garroth on my phone.

Garroth= G, Y/N= Y/N

Y/N= Garroth, you up?

G= Yeah? What's up? Why aren't you downstairs asking me these questions?

Y/N= Because I don't feel very good. I have a headache and I'm a little nauseous.

G= Okay. How about I tell mom and dad and you just stay there and relax?

Y/N= Thank you! 

G= Try not to barf or anything.

Y/N= Gee, Garroth, I certainly wonder why I would do such a thing? It probably isn't because you just reminded me of the possibility of barfing? 

G= Okay, okay, chill it with the sarcasm Miss Sickness.

Y/N= Please don't call me that.

G= Okay, ttyl.

Y/N= Ttyl. 

And that was it. I just stayed there trying to read a book, when about 10 minutes later I got a message on my phone. (You ALL know who that is)

L= Laurance, Y/N= Y/N

L= N/N, I heard you were sick! Are you okay?! You know what, I don't care, I'm coming over!

Y/N= Laurance, I'm just not feeling amazing, I don't know why Garroth told you I was "sick".

L= Who told you Garroth told me?

Y/N= Only you and Garroth know I'm not feeling well.

L= Fair enough. Do I still come over though?

Y/N= What do you want? Stay at home and text me, or, come over and have a chance to catch what I have if it's a virus?

L= I'll come over later though.

Y/N= Whatever you want. I'll try and take a nap so ttyl.

L= Ttyl. 💗

Y/N= 💗

After I put down my phone, I tried falling asleep. It took me a while and I think I slept for about an hour. I felt better but I still had a headache and a little stomach ache. I decided to read my favorite book. A certain "Hey" made me jump.

"Hey." Laurance said coming in my room

"Hi Laur." I say

"You better?"

"A little bit, but I still have a headache and a stomach ache."

"Poor N/N."

"Oh well, worst thing that can happen is a cold." 

"Colds' aren't fun though."

"Better than other possibilities." 

"That's true."

"Well, what you wanna do?"

"Watch a movie downstairs? Zane, Vylad and your parents went outside somewhere and Garroth's in his room."

"Can we watch a movie with Garroth?"

"Sure."

"No scary movies though."

"No scary movies, I promise." Promised my boyfriend

"Good."

Laurance brought me downstairs bridal style and I sat on the couch with blankets. A lot of blankets. It was probably 36 degrees Celsius outside (96.8 degrees Fahrenheit) but I was cold. Laurance went upstairs to ask Garroth if he wants to watch and later they both came down. 

"Thanks for asking me to watch a movie, I was bored out of my mind!" Garroth said

"No problem." I said

And then we watched a movie. It was still a fun day even with a little sickness.
