Chapter 28, Revenge time...

Y/N's POV:

Today, we had a meeting at the park. Laurance was still wondering why I was still part of the Shadow Knights. Garroth, on the other hand, didn't even want me to breathe the same air as them. I can bet all my drawing talent that if they were to team up,  they would be able to erase the Shadow Knights from all humanity with no trace they ever existed. I was walking to the park, thinking about the choreography we should do for a song we're practicing in our dance club at school. It was going nice, Cadenza and Anastasia had joined, including other students eager to learn how to dance. Of course, Teodora and I were eager to teach them. Dante was considering if he should join, because other boys had joined and actually needed a boy to teach them some more 'manly' moves. Teodora and I were both encouraging him to join so he could coach students alongside us. He was very close to joining and we were happy about it.

"And what exactly do you think you are doing?" Said a feminine voice, I look up from the ground and realise it's Teranah.

"I am going to the meeting." I say pointing to our meeting spot as if she was a 5 year old, showing sass

"Don't you remember what you did?" She asks

"Oh, I'm sorry, Garroth and I don't look that alike." I say, fully sassing at her

"Teranah, let her come." Gene says, coming out of the shadows (LIKE NICO DI ANGELO)

"Fine." She lets me walk to Gene

"Y/N." He states coldly

"Hey?" I say confused as to why he sounds like he hates me

"You ran off the other day." He added

"I didn't run from you," I started

"But you ran off without me, didn't you? Because of your dumb ex-boyfriend and my dumb brother?" 

"Yes. But not because of you."

"Don't come back to the meetings. Don't sit with us at lunch, don't spend time with us." He says

"What? Why?" I ask

"Because, you bailed on you and Gene's date. Isn't it obvious?" Sasha says walking behind me

"Yes she did, and now she should run except if she wants trouble." Zenix says also walking behind me

The 4 Shadow Knights were surrounding me from 4 corners and I couldn't really escape. 

"You guys aren't really letting me leave." I point out

"Y/N's right guys, this isn't fair play. At least leave her one corner open." I hear Laurance says from somewhere

I turn around and see him holding a soccer ball, he was in sportswear, probably coming from the soccer field at the park.

"Oh look. Prince charming here to save the poor princess in distress." Zenix says

"Oh and look! Ugly frogs closing in on the pretty princess!" Laurance says winking at me

"You called me what?" Sasha asks, offended 

They got distracted and Laurance took my hand and started running, pulling me away from the "ugly frogs". Once we were far away, he stopped running, but didn't let go of my hand.

"Thanks." I say

"Anything for my princess." He says smiling, I smiled back

"Thank you, my prince charming." I say
