Johns POV

i laid on the bed,going through my instagram,alex was taking a shower and getting ready for the Ariana Grande concert,he had just got his cast removed yesterday and he's been smiling and happy sense

he walked in the room with a towel wrapped around his torso,i looked from my phone and smiled at him,"hey,i gotta go get something,ill be back in a minute" he smiled and nodded

i walked out of the apartment and quickly got in my car

Alexs POV

I listened to the door close and i grabbed my ariana grande t-shirt,smiling at it before throwing it on and grabbing a pair of pants and slipping them on

i jumped around the room and smiled,just ready to finally leave with john and be happy for the first time in a while

after the dream i had of my father showing up at the hospital i've been on edge but tonight was going to be different

johns POV

i walked out of the jewelry store,quickly speeding off to make sure i got to the apartment in time,due to the concert being in about an hour

before i knew it i pulled up to the apartment and ran to our room,i walked in to see alex jumping around the room,not noticing i was there i walked up behind him and picked him up,he smiled and wrapped his arms around my neck,kissing me

"ready?" i asked,pulling away from his lips,he quickly nodded and i put him back on his feet,interlocking my fingers with his

we got in the car and i turned to alex "Lets go!" i laughed,pulling out and driving quickly

we pulled up to the concert and i quickly got out,walking to alexs side and opening his door,i then grabbed his hand

we walked in together and looked around at the enormous place packed with people,alexs eyes were filled with excitement as he looked around and then turned to me,pulling me into a tight hug

we continued to walk in and before we knew it the concert started
