So she was still having nightmares.. She told me a long time ago that they'd stopped but she never told me what they were about... She was good at keeping that one secret. Which was probably why I wanted to know it so bad. I knew nothing of her past which was amazing, considering how close of friends we were.
She never failed to keep me coming back. Everything she did had me asking more questions and I only found the answers if she wanted me to. In her own weird way, she was in charge, and that drove me crazy because I wanted control. Did she know she did this to me? Probably... She's twisted like that.
With time and a lot of consideration I drew a conclusion.. A conclusion I didn't enjoy... I had feelings for Frisk.. Our actions within the time we had been together... Well.. My actions... I couldn't say it was just my persona because Frisk was the only female I had seen in a long five years..
That being said, I wouldn't have even entertained that very thought, had I known I'd be tripping up as much as I had. I would catch myself staring at her on our little walks. I would watch her sleep on the bean bag chair in my room, worried sick that she would wake up screaming for reasons that I was still oblivious to...Was it wrong to want her by my side at all times? Protection... Protection was why I wanted her at my side. When it came to Frisk, I was just as protective as I was with Papyrus.... Due to Tori's request obviously...
Papyrus had denied the walk one time.. Knowing him, it was because he knew of my feelings. Feelings... God that sounds wrong coming from me. He knew something was going on and with that cheeky look he gave me when Frisk looked away I was pretty sure he wanted me to get this over with. I should've ignored it. Put it off until a better time.. But that damned voice in the back of my head told me I owed him for the five years that I kept him locked in the house.
I started shaking, unsure of how I would actually pull it off in the first place. I needed to relax before she noticed and started asking questions.. I took out a cigarette, from one of the packs she got me, and lit it with my magic. Our first stop was the core to make sure everything was alright.
"I'm gonna call you G" She stated. G? What?
I glanced over and raised a brow bone. "G? What'd ya pick that outta ya alphabet soup?"
She let out her beautiful laugh. "No, It's Short for Gaster!Sans... Which, is what you are."
"Whaddya mean doll?" I watched her with full attention. She peeked my interest..
She watched the ground as she walked. Like she was shaming herself. I didn't like that... "For too long I have called you Sans... But you're not just Sans anymore are you?... You aren't just Gaster either. You are your own person. And I apologize it took me so long to realize that. So from here on out, I'll call you G"
I can't feel my soul beating...
I felt overwhelmed with the respect I felt for her. She had certainly grown up a fair bit. At the thought of it I smiled down at the ground.
"Thanks kid that means a lot.."
"It's the least I could do.. G.." She said, smiling up at me when I placed my arm around her. How hard could it be? Kissing a girl? Especially.... Frisk..
By the time we finished looking through the core, I was a nervous wreck again. Frisk hadn't even done much She would just ask questions about the core... How it worked. I found her curiosity to be really cute. She had always shown an interest in science. Even before this whole mess..
On the way back to waterfall she had stopped me. Asked me to wait as she ran towards the waterfall. I followed her though. She started climbing and I could see the rocks that cut open her hands. I let out a sigh. "Get down from there. You're hurting yourself" I called out.
"Relax G it doesn't hurt that bad... I wanna show you something! C'mon!" She said, smiling back.
I sighed and started climbing as well. Right away I felt bad because I don't have skin to cut... And because of the fresh blood stains on certain rocks.. I would heal her when this was done with.. As I watched her slip behind the waterfall, I was worried for a moment. Was there something there that I never knew about? I followed close behind her and my boot slipped. Just as I was going to fall, Frisk had grabbed my arm and pulled me back in with a giggle. I brushed myself off and looked up over the sea of glowing crystals. How long has this been here?
