I panic when I hear that name. HUNTERS.
I see Austin immediately stand up, all humor drained from his face. This must be a look alphas share. I've seen Will have this look whenever the pack's in trouble.
"You are not coming with us! End of discussion!" Austin proclaims after a long heated argument. I huff.
"I am going if you want to save your pack's furry behinds!" I stubbornly say and he sighs in defeat.
I stop when I see what's happening outside. It's exactly almost the scene when Layla died.
I feel like breaking down but stop myself. I need to find my brothers.
What is wrong with me? I don't even know if my brothers are here. So why am I running around like a lunatic?
A hunter lunges at me and I punch him in the face, successfully knocking him out. I see Hunter shifting into his brown and gray wolf. His wolf never ceases to amaze me, the colors blend together to create a whole new different color and pattern.
I feel something grab me and I struggle to get out of their grasp. "Let me go!" I growl and the person hesitates but doesn't loosen their grip on me.
"Will! Travis! Hunter! Jace! Austin!" Yes, I'm so desperate for help that I even yelled Austin's name. I see them only barely fending off the Hunters.
I continue to struggle but this person's really strong. Stronger than the rest of the wolves here. I now realize that this person's a she because of her body build. She pulls out a knife and I stop struggling. She drags me to the edge of the forest and yells, "A! I got her, let's go!"
I look up to see a guy jogging over towards us. He looks well built but I can't fully see his face as he's wearing sunglasses. The girl holding me is too. They are both wearing black jumpsuits with mean-looking guns on their belts.
"Come on," the guy says and for a while I think he's Adrian. But that's impossible, Adrian's not this massive. Yeah, he was built but not like this. Still, it's been two years.
"Knock her out," he orders. I feel a sharp blow and I pass out.

I wake to a massive headache. I try to clearly see where I am, but it's not such an easy feat if you're seeing double. I shake my head, but that only makes it worse.
"Oh God," I moan, holding my head. Whatever they may have knocked me out with must be really hard.
Once I'm stable I look around and take in my surroundings. I'm in a room that's so white, it hurts my eyes. I see a double-decker bed in the corner, and some metal bars like those in prison instead of a wall. Other than that, nothing else. I pace around, trying to remember what happened.
"Elle?" I spin around to see a guy standing outside the bars.
"Dean? Is that you?" I croak out. My voice seems rusty and cracked. Kind of like what I sounded when I was singing at the top of my lungs while in a lake with heavy currents because of a dare. Good times.
"Elle! I though they were joking when they said that you were here!" I walk over to him and there he is, much more built than he was before. He wears a black jumpsuit too. That must be their uniform. Of hunters.
I jerk away from him and he starts. "What?"
"Y-you're one of them! You're a hunter!" I point my finger at him as I back away slowly.
"Yes, you are too," he says calmly even though its obvious that he's panicking.
"No, I'm not! I'm a human!" I reason out and he sighs.
"I think you need to come with me." He opens the cell and I back away from him.
"Don't touch me!" I shriek when my back hits the wall.
"I won't hurt you Elle. I'm your brother remember?" he soothingly says.
"No, you're not my brother. Jace and Hunter are my brothers. Travis too!"
"Who are you talking about?" Confusion flashes across his features.
"My real brothers, the ones who protected me! The ones who never left me!" I'm having mixed feelings now. One part of me is happy that Dean's here but another hates him because he didn't come looking for me when I left.
"Elle," he says sadly. "I'm sorry, but we have you now."
"After two years? That is so quick, I should give you guys a reward!" I say, sarcasm creeping in my voice.
I hear footfalls and my brothers appear behind Dean. Like Dean, they are more well-built and they wear the same clothes.
"What's going on here?" Ben asks and I roll my eyes.
"You tell me, you guys kidnapped me!" I say in frustration.
"We didn't kidnap you," Chris says smoothly.
"Yeah, and they said that sharks were the biggest animals, but they're not!" I smile sickly sweet.
"Elle, that has nothing to do with the current topic," Adrian sighs.
"I don't care! Just get me back to my real family before we have a bloody case here!" I yell with indifference.
"What the--What is going on?!" A girl barges in between Adrian and Dean. I look at her and am instantly shocked.
"Tanya?" It's not a question, it's a statement.
"Elle." She grimly nods at me as if she didn't just betray the pack.
I growl at her and she flinches back, her eyes wondering why I'm able to growl. Years with werewolves just make you adapt and carry on their habits.
"I don't want to talk to any of you," I say indignantly. I turn my back and I hear them lock my cell again and walk away. Some brothers they are, locking their own sister in cells.
To think that I was just going through my day worrying about ice cream. And now I have much more heavier things to worry about. I had a life there, yet they took it away. They're more than selfish.
I remember Will's pack and I wonder if they're alright. I wish they are. I hope they aren't wiped out by these blood-sickening bastards called Hunters. I hope they're safe. I miss them already.
Tears come tumbling down my face and all my bottled-up emotions come out. Ever since the day I left my brothers until now. I sigh and close my eyes, drifting off to a sad slumber.
